My charming Mexican home is located in upper La Floresta in the city of Ajijic which has one of the world's best climates and is a charming, cobblestoned village on the shores of Lake Chapala.
The home is walled in, has off-street, covered parking and a large, beautifiully landscaped back yard. The master bedroom has an American queen size bed with a walk-in closet and ceiling fan. The master bathroom is steps away and has a shower. The guest bedrooms both have double beds and are located at the other end of the house. The guest bathroom has a shower and a tub. There is a very large office/craft room located off the entry.
The kitchen is open to the living room with a kitchen island. It has modern appliances and all the dishes, silverware, glasses and gadgets you'd have in your own home.
Within a 15-minute walk, you are at the main plaza with many international restaurants, shops and the true Mexico. Walk the cobblestone streets, get caught up in the local sights and sounds of the village, and enjoy what over 7000 North Americans call home.
Gardener and maid are included.
My home is available for rent beginning November 2008.
