Our Vista Waikoloa condominium has a spectacular view of of the Mauna Kea mountain range beyond the golf course. It is a spacious, very quiet two bedroom luxury unit, with Japanese style sliding doors seperating rooms and the huge lanais. Just 20 minutes North of Kona International Airport, Vista Waikoloa resides in a unique and historic setting at Waikoloa Beach Resort. It is located in the center of the resort providing varied views and easy access to many of the resort's finest amenities.
With a short walk you'll find a white sand beach ("A" Bay), the Hilton Waikoloa Resort, the Waikoloa Marriott Hotel, world class golf course, tennis courts, the beach trail, and the King's Shops and restaurants.
The Vista's recreation center has a swimming pool large enough to appeal to the fitness lap swimmer, two whirlpools, changing rooms and plenty of space for just relaxing and getting a golden tan in the privacy of the Vista Waikoloa complex.

Why the Owner Chose Vista Waikoloa
The glorious view on the lanais is what grabbed us first. The panoramic view of swaying palms and the mountain range of Mauna Kea beyond was to us as tranquil and beautiful as an ocean view. Our villa is ideally located at the Vistas in our favorite building there and has all of the amenities we wanted. It is also the most quiet condo we found in the entire area, after looking at dozens of properties. We added our own furnishings, color scheme and touches and we were set. We try to make our home away from home comfortable for our guests and my wife is always checking on little things like making sure our kitchen is stocked with things like oils, herbs, coffee, etc for guests. Our 14 year old son has also contributed with adding his beach gear, his X Box, games and boogie boards for our guests to use.

There is just no shortage of what our area offers, or for that matter the Big Island. No need for us to articulate these here as there are so many great publications out there.

We are from San Jose and always welcome returning to the Big Island. It has become our favorite getaway and we spend as much time as possible there. When we're not there it is important to s that our guests have a great experience, which is one reason why we hired a 24/7 ONSITE management company to manage things while we're gone. If there are any little problems the management team is actually right there to take care of it.
