There are plenty of local pubs and excellent eating places to sample and those who want to walk off the excesses of the holiday with the dog will find plenty of pleasant local walks. Places of interest include nearby Port Eliot, which hosts the annual Port Eliot Festival, as well as four National Trust properties, Antony House of Alice in Wonderland fame being one. The Eden project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and Mount Edgcumbe Park are amongst many other places to enjoy. Plymouth’s Theatre Royal is nationally recognised for excellent performances and the city also boasts a versatile concert/event centre in the Pavilions. A welcome pack awaits you on arrival.

Behind and above the apartment there is a private area of garden set aside for guests’ use with picnic table and benches. Barbecue provided (no charcoal).

Pets £25 each per weekThe contract of hire is deemed to have been made once a deposit of one third of the holiday price (or total amount if within 6 weeks of commencement of the holiday) plus a £20.00 booking fee (£12.50 for short breaks) has been paid and confirmation of booking has been dispatched to the guest.
The balance payment is due 6 weeks before the holiday commences, without further demand. If the balance is not received by the date due on the booking confirmation the property will be available for re-booking.
Properties are available for occupation from 3pm (occasionally later) on the first day of the holiday and must be vacated by 10am on the last day.
