My family and I have vacationed in Florida the past 25 years. In that time, we have visited and stayed in Captiva, Fort Myers Beach, Naples, and Sanibel. We have enjoyed all of them and decided that we wanted convenient access to all of them. We evaluated all the options and found that Kelly Greens gave us not only an opportune location, but also access to an outstanding private golf course and country club.

Our condominium is a highly sought after, second floor, two bedroom, two bath with den end unit veranda. Newly renovated this fall, the space is bright and airy with new carpeting, tile, paint and furniture throughout. The unit features a spacious layout with 12 foot vaulted ceilings thoughout the dining and family rooms.

The family room serves as a comfortable room for relaxing with a book or watching your favorite TV programs or DVDs on the new 32" LCD flat screen TV. The master bedroom features a queen bed, his and her walk-in closets, beautiful mahogany furniture and a connected master bath with a double vanity. The guest room also offers a queen bed, full closet, and beautiful furniture. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with all the essentials to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Kelly Greens Country Club is a welcoming community that offers a par 72-championship golf course with five different tee boxes for all levels of play. With the $150 membership transfer fee, you have all the rights and privileges of a member, complete with the use of our newly decorated clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool with jacuzzi, and clay tennis courts all steps from the unit.

Kelly Greens is located three miles from Sanibel and Captiva Islands and only 5 minutes from Fort Myers Beach. It is also close to shopping, the airport, and a host of restaurants for your dining pleasure.

After enjoying one of many activities Kelly Greens has to offer, make yourself a refreshment from the condo's wetbar and enjoy beautiful sunsets and golf course views from one of the two screened-in Lanais.
