As you enter the Ranch, you are greeted by a breathtaking view of mountain peaks. Three Sisters, Mount Washington, and Three Fingered Jack create a fitting welcome to your relaxing vacation at this famous Pacific Northwest resort. You proceed to our home about a mile from the lodge, Golf Home #178.
You may choose to relax in our lovely 1800 square foot home or on the large deck, with a view of Black Butte or select from an amazing variety of activities, whether summer or winter. Black Butte has been a favorite family friendly destination for 30 years, with a full children’s program in the summer, two championship golf courses, miles of scenic bikes trails, 4 swimming pools, 23 tennis courts, bike, snow shoe and x-country ski rental, and a new complex featuring indoor and outdoor pools, children’s play area and a spa with full menu of services. Restaurant choices include pool, informal, and formal menus.

June 15 - August 30 by the week (Sun-Sun)$1900/week,includes cleaning fee.
Holidays .. $250/night + $100 cleaning fee (Thanksgiving, Christmas).
September 1 - June 15 - $225/night + $100 cleaning fee.
Payment is made by personal check.
$4.00/person/day (5/1-10/31) and $2.00/person/day (11/1-4/30) for guests over
age 6 for use of tennis courts, pools, etc.
