We celebrated our 10 year anniversary at the this condo within the Hacienda de Mita, and we will continue to go back year after year! It was amazing! The location could not have been any better as we loved walking into El Anclote, and the golf cart allowed us to get around Punta Mita quickly. We spent time at the Resident's Beach Club which had a beautiful beach and great service! The golf course is also a quick golf cart ride away. The condo is decorated beautifully and the view of the ocean is serene. It was very quiet, and we felt like we had the entire place to ourselves! So nice! They have thought of everything, so you just need to show up!! Our cook/maid prepared incredible meals for us everyday and kept the condo in tip top shape. We had a blast trying to communicate with her in Spanish!! If you don't know Spanish or don't want to give it a shot, the owners prepared enough "cheat sheets" that you can definitely get by in regards to letting her know what you'd like, etc. We cannot say enough about our stay and recommend this unit to everyone (adults only trip or with kids)!!

Best Family Vacation

We went to Punta de Mita with another family(kids 3, 5 and 7) and stayed at Hacienda de Mita in September 2011. The condo and Punta de Mita blew our expectations away. The place was beautiful, the cook was amazing. We told her ahead of time what we wanted and she waited for us with fresh ceviches, guacamole, salsa, etc... She is the sweetest lady! The golf cart was a huge help, since is the best way of transportation around Punta de Mita. The owners of the property called us to make sure we were having a good time and if we needed anything. We were treated like Royalty! We already want to plan another trip and go back! Thank you so much for everything!

Fantastic beach front property

This was a fantastic vacation property - we were very happy with the location of the property in relation to the beach and town - it was exactly as described and the added bonus of the use of golf cart was really great - loved being able to explore "inside the gates" of Punta Mita. The condo buildings behind our unit were close together and there were a lot of them so the only way to go is to stay in the oceanfront building like ours. The photos of the property were very good but the real thing was even better. We loved the covered patio the most because you were outside and could relax and read out there and we ate breakfast and lunch out there everyday. The furnishings were lovely and Natalia, the housekeeper, kept everything beautifully maintained and clean. The lunches she made for us each day were fantastic and beautifully presented. Rosina, the property manager was helpful for the grocery shopping, arranging rides to/from airport and activities and other questions we had. The owners were really helpful in describing the condo, etc to us before we went down there and they even called while we were there to make sure everything was going well - very thoughtful!! I would highly recommend this to others. We enjoyed the Outdoor Adventure zipline tour - amazing. We also loved a the snorkling/whale watching trip to Marietas Islands. We had fun doing the morning yoga class at the pavilion by Kapuri beach. And our 15 year old son had a great surfing lesson. We also loved renting paddle boards and kayaks right out in front of the condo. Exploring beaches at Kapuri and the Residents beach club was great too. We had some very good dinners in town - Margaritas was a favorite -also liked Casa Teresa and Si Senor. Had a great dinner at Sofi's - wow. We hope to go back soon!

We just returned from a week's stay at this luxurious oceanfront villa. The owners' description is absolutely accurate. The villa is well-maintained and well-equipped. Don't worry if you forget something; you're sure to find it in the villa. We enjoyed everything about our stay - especially the warm,friendly people, the breathtaking view from the expansive patio, the waterfront restaurants within walking distance in El Anclote, the great service and oceanside lounging at the Residents' Beach Club, and the option of fine dining at St. Regis, the Four Seasons, and Sufi. If you're interested in snorkeling, spearfishing, or deep sea fishing, we recommend that you contact Nicholas and Sebastian Bellini, the owners of Punta Mita Expeditions. We all look forward to our next visit to this lovely place.

Our recent visit to the Gysin's condo in Punta Mita defied all imagination! We stayed in the condo with three other couples for a week last month—02/22/09-02/28/09. The condo itself was beautiful, spacious and luxurious with all the comforts of home…and the view, oh the view. We were able to enjoy all that Punta Mita has to offer—swimming, surfing, deep sea fishing, whale watching, shopping, exploring, while also getting in plenty of rest and relaxation. The meals prepared for us by the adorable and sweet Natalia were delicious and such a perk! Of course we were visited each day by Rosina from the Concierge who was extremely helpful in finding us excursions and even arranged for us to have massages at the condo itself. Although we had a rental car, it was practically unnecessary, because we either walked each evening to the wonderful restaurants lined up on the Punta Mita sand, or took the golf cart around the area. The owners are top notch, and have ensured that all details are covered for a top of the line stay. We plan to recommend the condo to anyone who will listen, and hope to make it a vacation place for us in the years to come. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home. We had the trip of a lifetime.

This rental is everything previous comments have alluded to, the premises are wonderful, the ocean view phenomenal, the staff, professional and helpful. I highly recommend this property. The owners are available and helpful should you have questions or need them. The breakfasts and lunches were not only attractively laid out, but very tasty, too. Guess we liked the place...01/27/09

We stayed at the Gysin's place over the past Thanksgiving holiday, and it was one of the best vacations we have ever had, and certainly the best vacation to Mexico for us. The condo is exactly as nice as it looks in the photos, if not even nicer in person. the location is great and just a quick walk to the beach, beach club, and the little town the is on the outside of the gate. Their unit is furnished with anything you may need on the trip. Natalia the cook is amazing and does a wonderful job. we also really enjoyed having the golf cart included, with my 70+ year old mother with us, it was a great way to get the whole group around. We loved it so much I booked another week within a day of returning home, for what you get this is a great value. Can't wait to return, thanks Tom and Kim !

Staying at the condo with a group of friends was like being in your own private paradise. Everything about it was beautiful. The views were spectacular, the accomadations superb, and the help from Miranda wonderful. Golfing, snorkeling, dining and shopping were experiences that could only have been gotten at Punta Mita.

This condo is absolutely beautiful. Large and spacious, comfortable with a calm and restful ambience. I spent a week there in May of 2008 with six of my girlfriends and we took advantage of all the great services available; a cook, a concierge, whom were both absolutely wonderful. The concierge, Miranda was friendly, personable and we all loved her. Loved being close to shopping, great restaurants, scuba diving, and best of all a Four Seasons Golf Course. A once in a lifetime experience for me. I was able to bring home many wonderful and lasting memories. Loved every minute of it.

What a fabulous condo! Elegant and beautifully appointed. Spacious, spotless and opens right to the ocean--what a view! Really enjoyed the extra amenities, like the housekeeper who cooks, and the concierge who planned our daily activities, and the massage therapists who came directly to the condo! Liked the security of the gated community and went everywhere in the golf cart! Great restaurants walking distance right on the beach and great shopping not far away in the town of sayulito. Had a wonderful vacation and plan on returning next year. The owners are wonderful and classy people, who worked with us when we had to change our dates. I highly recommend this condo to anyone and would be happy to share more information. Penne Post

6 of us,(3 married couples all around 50) recently stayed at this condo (8/9/08 - 8/16/08). Our expectations were quite high. Let me tell you that we all agreed those expectation were greatly exceeded. Lovely condo, great property, etc. I have a much longer review (won't fit here) if you are interested. Fabulous condo! Very elegant and spacious and beautifully decorated and what views!!!! Really liked having a housekeeper who also cooks and our own concierge to plan our outings. Went everywhere on the golf cart. Upscale development and very classy. Loved being by the 4 Seasons Resort. Really good restaurants on the beach within walking distance. Shopping in Sayulito is the best. Really nice owners who care about the experience of their guests! I highly recommend this condo and location!! We can't wait to return! Penne Post

Our visit to the Gysin's condo in Punta Mita far exceeded our expectations. We were greeted by the concergie Diego who graciously spent an entire afternoon aquainting us with the entire area as well as settling us comfortably in our exquisite accomadations. Our family of 9 enjoyed surfing, snorkling, swimming, hiking, exploring, sunning and lounging in complete comfort and relaxation. Our meals prepared by a smiling and hospitable Natalia were fresh, wholesome and so delicious. The golf cart was a fun and easy way to explore the various beaches and hiking trails available in the area. We travel together every year, this is a trip we all agree we would love to repeat. Absolutely wonderful! The vacation of a life time. The Condo was a dream and couldn't have been more perfect. There were seven of us and we weren't crowded or stepping on each other toes at all. It was so beautiful, I really hope to return. The cook and Miranda took great care of us. We would have missed alot if we hadn't had them. I would definitely recommend this Condo to anyone!!

I stayed in the Condo with 6 of my best girl friends. We were so elated with our surroundings for our week stay. The Condo and the view were beautiful. It was a perfect get away. A few of us took advantage of the Four Season Golf course - it was incredible. I would give it a definite 10!
