Creatively designed and impressively decorated, with a spacious great room where you have a front row seat to 20-mile downrange views of the Wasatch Valley, the Silver Strike Ski run and the natural vegetation amidst the greenspaces in the elegantly designed Empire Pass community. This 3150 square feet townhome has lots of entertainment space as well as private areas.
Designed for maximum luxury and comfort, the large, open great room include vaulted and beamed ceilings, and a huge wall of windows to take full advantage of the wonderful big-valley views. Exquisitely decorated, the living area, dining area and upscale kitchen include a marble stone bar, stainless appliances and NO WALLS to obstruct your views. Relax in front of the large stone fireplace or take in the big games on the widescreen 50-inch Sony HDTV.
Luxuriate in the vaulted-ceiling main-level master bedroom suite with its grand 4-poster bed, and adjoining private bath with a jetted tub plus a large, walk-in shower.
Three bedrooms on the lower floor provide for a variety of sleeping accommodations for every need, with each of the spacious bedroom having their own bathroom and multiple-window down-valley views. The huge second bedroom is designed as a kids room/media room, with two sets of log bunk beds, large mountain sofa which can sleep a 5th person in the room, and a huge 55-inch Sony LCD-projection TV.
The third bedroom is decorated in Victorian style, with tall 4-poster bed and matching décor. The fourth bedroom is very large and contains two queen sized mountain-style beds, making it ideal for several adults or a number of children. The upstairs loft includes a twin sleeper sofa and writing desk and central open location that facilities its use for kids playroom or ‘king of the mansion’ office space. Wireless internet is provided throughout the chalet.
Relax or BBQ on the large wood-beam balcony which overlooks the Wasatch Valley provides the best location for gazing out across the magnificent scenery. In the summer, the Deer Valley resort and surrounding ski areas contains many walking nature trails, trails and lifts for mountain-biking, paths for road-biking, and many opportunities for fishing, golfing, and sightseeing.
Located just 2 miles from downtown Park City's many unique and memorable shops and restaurants. Garage parking is provided.
WHAT TO LOOK FOR WHEN BOOKING A SKI PROPERTY:
1) Look for lots of pictures to see as much of the home as possible - 16 is the maximum on VRBO.
2) Look for mid-mountain access - makes it easy to beat base drive-up traffic to get "First Tracks" Our Empire Pass home is mid-mountain.
3) Look for a newer property - Empire Pass was newly built since 2005, with modern kitchens and amenities - at same rates as older properties
4) Look for nice quality anematies - we offer a free Mercedes Van shuttle to take you to downtown Park City, The Canyons, and PC MTN Resort.
5) Look for good ski in ski out access - out townhome is the closest rental townhome to the ski runs in Empire Pass.
6) Look for space to spread out- out townhome is 3150 square feet, much larger than most 4-bdrm condos (at about 2000 sqft) in Empire Pass.

Deer Valley has best snow in the world. Empire Pass is brand new area in Deer Valley on Flagstaff mountain. Great ski in, ski out access to slopes. Downtown Park City is only 5 minutes away. Salt Lake City airport is only 40 minutes away.
We purchased what we feel is the perfect ski property. You can not get a more dramatic and convenient location than our Larkspur townhome in Empire Pass. In the morning the chair lift starts at 8:30 and you walk just 50 level steps to the Silver Buck Ski Run. Ski down about 200 yards and get ready for FIRST TRACKS skiing. You will feel like you and your family own the mountain as most people are still at the bottom of the mountain (Snow Park) struggling to get up the mountain. A vacation at Larkspur is a real treat. This is luxury skiing at it's best.

If you want to go to the many wonderful nearby Park City restaurants or its unique shops or even a trip to the supermarket call the free Dial A Ride shuttle service that is available for guests and owners and within minutes a custom Mercedes Benz Van will show up to take you and up to 12 friends and family to your destination.

We own this beautiful 4 BDRM + Loft 3150 sqft ski in ski out townhome, as well as another vacation home in beautiful WaterSound Beach, FL (near Seaside & Destin, FL).
We decided to buy this special property because of it's incredible location and high end amenities. It is our second property in the Park City area and an incredible place to stay and enjoy the Deer Valley mountain. It caters to a high end clientele that want only the best. Past guests have included an NBA coach and an Oscar-nominated actress. Once you stay here you may not ever want to stay anywhere else.

I knew your home was going to be lovely because I had seen the photo's on the website but I had no idea of the scale of the home and the location is second to none. Its was ultra comfortable for our party of 8. I dont have any suggestions or complaints. Stayed here for a week in January 2012. What a fantastic spot for ski in- ski out in beautiful Deer Valley. Well maintained condo, spacious enough for all and affords everyone their own privacy. Beautiful views down Valley. Highly recommend this. Represents value for money. We had a wonderful time.

Our family of 5 spent a week here last spring. What an amazing week! The condo is gorgeous and the location is absolutely perfect!! A short walk to the slopes for first tracks in the morning and back to the condo for lunch at noon! End unit has great privacy and views! Highly recommend to others (and we're fussy!).

We want to thank you once again for sharing your lovely Deer Valley home with our family. To say we had a great time during our recent ski vacation would be putting it mildly. It is all the more important since there was not a whole lot of snow and what was there was marginal at best, so the home was even more of a factor in our enjoyment. The unit is just as decsribed and maybe even better! A very large and spacious unit offering plenty of privacy for all in our group. Very comfortable feel to the entire home with furnishings and appointments to make you feel right at home. The all suite bedrooms are an exceptional plus! In addition to the main living areas, the heated garage is a REAL PLUS! We would depart for our 55 second walk to the ski run each morning in comfort knowing we would be returning to a heated garage. This fantastic amenity really helps your guests keep the inside of the home nice and clean by depositing all the ski gear in the warm and comfortable garage. In addition to being most convenient to the ski run, the home is centrally located to everything from Fireside Dining in Empire Lodge to Mariposa's fine dining in Silver Lake to the Wasatch Brewery or Riverhorse in downtown Park City. Did we mention the views? Quite beautiful day or night! We did not get a chance to really use the balcony and BBQ but in the spring and summer they would be just great. In addition to the home iteslf, you and Kate were extremely helpful in planning our trip regarding restaurants, markets, spas, shopping, rental locations and other things to do in Deer Valley besides skiing. We would like you to know when we return to Deer Valley we will be returning to your home as long as you will have us! Thanks again for a great Deer Valley experience!

Spent a lovely Thanksgiving here last year. You can't beat sitting by the fireplace sipping hot cider while watching the snow fall on Park City in the valley below. Easy access to the ski runs! We will definitely be back!
