Community includes beautiful private mountain lake for fishing and swimming.
Three bedrooms, one bath, plus loft with sleeper sofa; Open floor plan. This home sits on private 6.39 acres mostly wooded. This beautiful mountain area offers scenic hiking trails, lakes, creeks, waterfalls and caves in seven separate recreation areas. South Cumberland State Parks, such as Fiery Gizzard Trail, Foster Falls State Park, Fall Creek Falls State Park, Savage Gulf State Park, Stone Door, Greeter Falls, Grundy Lakes State Park and more.
There are other area attractions including University of the South, 19th century Victorian cottages of the Monteagle Assembly Grounds, local craftsman, and excellent dining in area restaurants as well as several nearby larger towns, including Monteagle, Manchester, and McMinnville.
