Location: River Run, Keystone, Summit County, Colorado. One and half hour drive from Denver Intl. Airport.
Accommodations: This unit is one of the nicest in River Run Village and is situated within a few yards of the Gondola and High Speed Quad Lift. It is as close as you can get, enabling you to return to your condo for lunch and go back out for more skiing. The Keystone Ski School and Day Care Center are within a couple yards.
This is a great unit with large rooms. There is a king bed in one bedroom, a double in the second bedroom and a pull out couch in the living area. This condo has it's own washer/dryer, (great for a family). The living area has fabulous views of the slopes with large living, dining, and kitchen. There is a heated outdoor pool with hot tubs, shops, restaurants, events in the Village and of course, Starbucks. There is underground parking and an elevator.
Activities:
Winter: Downhill skiing, night skiing, cross country skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, ice skating, tubing, snowmobiling, Snowcat skiing, ice fishing and horseback riding.
Summer: Hiking, Biking, Mountain Biking, white water rafting, kayaking, sailing, boating, golf, tennis, fishing, and horseback riding. There is also a huge outlet center approximately 7 miles away in Dillon.

MINIMUM STAY 3 NIGHTS during summer and January
A one night deposit is required upon booking and full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Refund of 1/2 of total stay if cancelled more than 21 days prior to arrival and no refund if cancelled within 21 days of arrival. A damage deposit of $200 is required, which will be returned after check-out minus any missing items of damage charge.
