Vacation Homes Paradise is a family owned Property Management Company. Most of our villas are located in a quiet lake community within walking distance to one another. These villas would be great for family reunions and/or for families traveling together. The neighborhoods offer many different amenities such as a 400 acre lake with boating, fishing, golf, large community gated pool, lighted tennis court, bbq & picnic areas or children's playground. Our villas are all located close to Disney - Orlando/Kissimmee and the Central Florida attractions not to mention the countless area restaurants, stores and golf courses. We also offer pet friendly villas. We have three and four bedroom villas, please contact us if this home does not fit your needs. We offer several different price points as well. Why rent a hotel room when you can stay in a beautiful villa with a private pool and many amenities for much less?

This is a gorgeous four bedroom, two full baths and one half-bath home. The home opens to a stylish yet comfortable living and dining room complete with flat screen television, DVD and VHS player. Next is the fully equipped eat-in kitchen. All cooking and eating utensils are provided. Sliders open from the kitchen to an extra large screened lanai. Partially covered to provide shade over the patio furniture (which can easily be moved into the sunshine if you desire). The swimming pool is not covered and fully open to the Florida sunshine. If your vacation lies at the right time, you are welcome to the plentiful, sweet juicy oranges from the two fruit trees. Laundry facilities and half bath are located on the main floor. The garage is host to some fun surprises; and electric dart board, pool table with ping/pong table topper, the owner also has a slot machine in there (fake, of course!). Master Bedroom is located on the main floor and has one queen size bed, walk-in closet and private bath. The master bath has separate garden bathtub and shower plus dual vanities. The other three bedrooms are located upstairs. The second bedroom has one queen size bed and the third and fourth bedroom have two twin-sized beds in each. Second full bath is located upstairs along with a small loft area with television and sofa.

Five minutes from Disney property. Close to I-4 and convenient to Disney, SeaWorld, Universal and Gulf and Atlantic beaches.
