The home is located 3 minutes from Wal-Mart, a short 5-minute drive to Lake Norfork, and 20 minutes from the White River. In the area you will find there's plenty of fishing spots, boat docks, watercraft rentals, restaurants, shopping, horseback riding, kayaking, swimming, hiking and biking. The Ozark Folk Center, Blanchard Spring Caverns and folk music all in the area. Branson is a short 87 miles away.

The vacation home has a fireplace, up-scale furnishings which include three brand-new queen bedroom sets, leather comfort couches, and a 37-inch flat panel HDTV with a large DVD selection. The home includes a gourmet kitchen equipped with everything you need for preparing meals. The home offers wireless internet service and free long-distance calling. It has a three-car garage for storage of watercraft or vehicles, a fenced-in back yard on a 1-acre landscaped lot. There is also a washer and drier for your convenience.
