Great Rental near University of Phoenix Stadium

We were coming to Glendale for the 2012 Fiesta Bowl and found this house. There were 8 adults and this house was perfect. We all slept comfortably and had a nice walk to the University of Phoenix Stadium. The walking trail in the neighborhood was such a pleasant surprise. Frank and Marg were so helpful with answering all my questions before and during our stay. The property was very clean and well-maintained and I would most definetly recommend it to freinds or stay here again. The Westgate Shopping center is just a short drive from the location and has plenty of resturants, bars, and an AMC theater. The Yard House was our favorite stop in the Westgate Shopping Center.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.

We came to Glendale for the 2011 Fiesta Bowl. We stayed here, IT IS a VERY short walk to the stadium, you can see the stadium from the house.The pictures are very accurate for this rental. This home was clean and had all the amentitys that one would want or need. We had 4 adults and the home was very roomy. I liked the fact that all the bedrooms had TV's. Frank was very kind and answered all my questions prior to the rental. It is also very close to many resturants and shops. I would gladly stay here again. We ate at the Saddleback Ranch one night,It was very good and not too expensive. I highly recommend this property.

I needed to find lodging for a group of 8 individuals who were attending a conference in Glendale (at the Renaissance Hotel). Unfortunately, all the area hotels were booked. I found this beautiful house on VRBO and began working with the wonderful owners to secure the booking. It was an excellent place to stay for our team--a quiet neighborhood, close to the conference center (and other important destinations), and very comfortable. Our group really enjoyed their stay and are particularly grateful for the thoughtfulness of the owners. This was a great find!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+.

We rented this house for our family to stay in while they were visiting. We have never been so happy and will never rent a hotel for them again. The owners were amazing to work with, the house was relaxing and walking distance to the Stadium, restaurants and more. I highly suggest it!
