Truly a four season resort area, this ideally located property is just a third of a mile from the Wisp ski resort's Main Street lift, and near golf, paint ball, and white water rafting. Nature lovers will delight in miles of trails in nearby Swallow Falls State Park where water falls and swimming holes abound and Deep Creek State Park with its abundance of wildlife, including the occasional black bear. The fall season's pallet of exceptional colors provide an escape from the more crowded destinations without sacrificing the exquisite beauty.
Unexpected details include the handmade Amish hardwood furniture in the dining room, living room and master bedroom, as well as the marble top bathroom sinks and designer fixtures throughout. Hardwood floors and Berber carpet adorn the upstairs, with the downstairs flooring patterned in tile.
Four ceiling fans add ambience to the upstairs living areas and a chaise lounge by the fireplace sets the perfect place to enjoy your favorite novel.

"This is the second time being here at your home. I think that tells you we love it! Although this trip hasn’t been as good, we really enjoyed this place. My husband and 11 year old son launched our boat at the State Park (it’s a brand new, less than a year old $44,000 boat) and the boat blew up in the middle of the lake! My husband is taking it to Bill’s Marine this morning. But we shot some pool and relaxed in the hot tub and tried to forget the worries. I’m glad we had such a nice house to come to. This was an absolute dream location! Lake front with a private dock and just down the street from Wisp Ski area. Our family loves waterskiing and snow skiing. It was just perfect.

As close as you are to the lake, the ski resort and all the other attractions, the property itself is in a very peaceful and secluded area. It really is a retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We always leave feeling refreshed and can't wait to get back again!
