This condo offers a magnificent view of the Gulf of Mexico and is fully furnished for your convenience. It is located in the quiet gated community of Gulf Island Beach & Tennis Club. The Club offers a private beach, nature walk, two pools, six tennis courts, club house, fitness center, foosball, ping pong, pool tables, and sauna.
Seasonal or annual tenants are welcome. Leases of month or longer are preferred but shorter leases are considered. Please email or call for availability.
There are many activities on site and nearby. A few thoughts are that on any given day you may drive to Disney, MGM, Sea World, Busch Gardens, Weeki Wachi, Clearwater Beach, Daytona Beach, St. Augustine, Kennedy Space Center, Dali or MOSI museums, tour Ybor City and other historic spots, visit Duneden or several little art communities in the area, go to the Pier in St. Pete, enjoy some of the area's fine dining, go shopping in one of the outlet malls, swim at one of the big beaches, Para-sail or wind surf on the Gulf, charter a local fishing charter, snorkel, Swim on grounds (freshwater pool or saltwater lagoon), go out to international waters on a gambling ship, or just enjoy the peace & solitude of our gated, guarded community, fish from our banks of our own private island, lounge on one of the numerous balconies on the promonade or your own covered balcony, it's your vacation. The sure thing is that you will not tire of things to do (or not do), and that you will return again and again after being here the first time. We're sure you will want to reserve your next year after being here the first time, so bring next years calander with you so you won't be dissapointed.
