Upper and lower master bedroom suites and upper and lower living areas make this home ideal for large/multi family gatherings. Lower-level living area features a living room with TV/DVD/VCR, wet bar and small refrigerator, master bedroom suite plus 2 additional bedrooms. The upper-level has a large master bedroom suite complete with cathedral ceiling, king-size sleigh-bed, ceiling fan, TV/DVD combo and spacious private bath with dual sinks and oversized walk-in shower with 2 seats. The open floor-plan features a beautiful fully-equipped modern kitchen that flows into a large dining room, living room with fireplace and TV/DVD/VCR, and sliding doors to outdoor decks with BBQ grill. Enjoy the ocean views from the living room, dining room or decks. Great for entertaining!
Steps to beach or bay. Ample parking and garage. Quiet residential area, yet close to all activities. There's a park directly behind the house with a playground, ball fields and a roller-hockey rink. Kids: bring your skate boards and roller-blades!
A bike path directly outside our front door runs the entire length of the island. Bike rental shop nearby.

We had a great week in June staying in this terrific house. The house is very clean and had everything we needed to make our week relaxing and stress-free. There was plenty of room for our whole family (our girls were 5 and 16 months), and the house was very child-friendly (great playground behind it and baby gates for the stairs). I loved having the downstairs living room, where the children could play and watch TV as well as the upstairs one, where the adults hung out. It was right across the street from the beach and we loved popping back for lunch and potty breaks during the day. The Boardwalk bike and sundries shop was right next door - we ate ice cream there just about every day and the owners were wonderful to us. The owner of the house was also great and patiently answered all of our questions before we rented. We can't wait until next summer!
