Stay and enjoy this large house in a quiet community. All amenities included. Great cozy home with four bedrooms and two full baths! Large deck with patio furniture and gas grill overlooking large wooded area.
Large living room with wood-burning stove to keep you warm. Only a few blocks to a heated indoor pool (seasonal hours) and jacuzzi which is located right next to the ski and tubing slope! Fully-stocked kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, utensils, and dishwasher.
Big Bass Lake is a secure, upscale, private community in quaint, historic Gouldsboro, built around three pristine lakes popular for swimming, fishing, and boating (no gas motors). It features beaches, indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, courts for tennis, basketball, horseshoes, shuffleboard, and bocce, a recreation center with activities for all ages, a slope for beginning skiing and snow tubing, and much more... All on site. Deer, wild turkey, birds, and waterfowl abound.
You are also in the heart of the Pocono Mountain resort area with lots of attractions, including Camelback Ski Mountain, Montage Mountain skiing, Camelbeach Play Park, The Crossings Outlet Center, Poconos NASCAR Raceway, Poconos Brewing Company, Great Wolf Lodge, Visit Lake Wallenpaupak for motorboat rentals, water skiing, tubing, jet ski rentals, sailing, and fishing or to Jack Frost/Big Boulder for skiing and Jim Thorpe for the area's best white water rafting or the quaint historical village for antiquing!

Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is stocked with basic kitchen supplies, ie. utensils, flatware, glasses, pots and pans. If you have a specialty cooking item you should bring it.
What bed linens do we need?
We supply pillows, comforters for each bed. You will need pillow cases and sheets. The bed sizes are one king, two Full bed, two bunk beds.
Do I need to bring toilet paper?
There are usually a few rolls of toilet paper in the house, but we highly recommend you bring your own. Septic tank toilet paper.
How long will it take before I receive my security deposit?
As long as there is no additional charges due to damage or excessive cleaning charges the security deposit is refunded usually within two weeks but occasionally may take as long as 30 days.
Amenities Badges (per person age six and above): $5/day or $20/week - Required by Big Bass Community Association if you will be using community facilities: lakes, pools, beaches, courts, clubhouse, ski shop etc.
Cleaning fee of $ 100 will be applied to all weekend rentals. Cleaning fee of $ 200 will be applied to weekly rentals.
