Accommodations is a Guest House of a private residence which consist of one bedroom, one bath, kitchen, dining area and large living room area.
We are in the very upscale neighborhood of Rancho del Oro. Our guest cottage is located one (1) mile west of the town square in Ajijic, Mexico. It is 2/10 of a mile to excellent public transportation. Our guest house is 650 square feet of space. There is color TV with Dish Network satellite, individual hot water heater and ceiling fans. All utilities are included in the daily rate. Very special to our casita is off street parking with electric garage door opener. Maid service once a week is included. Our water is pressurized. Our bedding and linens are of good quality. The casita is VERY clean and Secure.

Apr 01-Nov 30 - Off season discounts.
One half of the total rent is required when making a reservation.
The balance is due and payable 30 days before arrival.
