  This is definitely a 5 star unit. We have stayed at other condos in Waikiki and this one is by far the best. We are making plans to return again next year. This unit is very clean and well stocked with bed linens, towels, and kitchen items. All you need to bring is your clothes. You are close to the bus stop, beach, and all the fun things to do in Waikiki. We had a great time! Jeremy is great to work with. Any questions you may have are answered promptly. He also took the time and trouble to send me my address book that got left behind. Thanks Jeremy.

  My wife and I enjoyed our 40th anniversay while staying at the Island Colony. Jeremy was excellent to deal with, both friendly and professional. The unit was as close as it could be to the description and pictures that we looked at before making our decision. The closeness to everything in Waikiki made it easy to walk almost everywhere which we really enjoyed. Some of the standouts for us were Top of Waikiki, Dukes, Hula Grill, Shore Bird and the Tiki bar. We wandered through the International Market Place almost daily. The weather was phenominal our entire stay. I would recommend this unit to family and friends and would stay again if we ever return.

  We contacted the owners late (a week before we wanted to stay) due to great last minute flight pricing and a need to simply escape. Jeremy replied promptly and thoroughly, knowing we would have to move quick to make it all happen. Andre even jumped in once to make sure we got the keys on time because FedEx is...well FedEx. I don't think that needs much more explanation. Anyway, the property is everything as advertised and more! Waikiki Beach is just a few blocks away, there is the finest shopping on Oahu and the best restaurants right at the end of the street and it's situated on a street where you just cannot feel lost! A beautiful canal runs right behind the property, so it's either head toward the beach or head toward the canal and you're where you want to be! Easy access to the Highways made trips to Waianae, Hanauma Bay, Ko'Olina and other more secluded spots an easy car ride. The pool and hot tub were nice after hot days in the saltwater and sun and very therapeutic for a sore neck and shoulder I've been dealing with for years. The bed was equally as therapeutic and made what little rest I did get in the bed, perfect. There were some minor infractions on my part, which I will own (READ THE INSTRUCTIONS WHEN YOU GET THEM - IF YOU DO NOT YOU WILL FEEL FOOLISH OR SOMETHING SIMILAR). However, Jeremy was a true gentleman. I will definitely recommend this Waikiki condo hide-a-way to friends and go back when I get a chance. Thanks!!

  This was a great little condo. Very clean, and everything was just as promised. The lanai in particular was nicely furnished and was our favourite place to relax. The condo was within easy walking distance of everything you'd need - groceries, car rental, restaurants, shops and of course the beach. The canal across the street was also lovely for walks and early morning runs. Jeremy was very easy to work with, and everything went smoothly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone.

  Don’t hesitate to book this condo. I stayed there June 22-July 2, 2012.The unit is pristine and exactly as represented in the pictures. Jeremy is very easy to deal with. He had the extra patience required to put this single traveller at ease. The lanai is a great spot for breakfast or a mai tai. The Food Pantry is about 3 blocks away, so a very easy distance to get groceries. There are several ABC stores in the area. The beach is about 3 blocks away. Most of the buses you want are on Kuhio which is one block away. A brick-and-mortar bank is one block away. Kalakua is 2 blocks away. There is security staff on site.

  I rented Jeremy's condo for a business trip to Oahu. From the first inquiry, Jeremy was polite, helpful, and ensured I had the information that I needed to make the condo rental process as efficient and comfortable as possible. The condo is great! It has a great view, a great location, and was perfect for what I needed. I only wish I had been on vacation! In addition, Jeremy will provide you with all of the instructions you need for during, and after, your stay leaving nothing to question, so you can concentrate on what you are there to do and not worry about anything else. I will certainly rent with him again if I head back that way and you should as well if you are looking to maximize the enjoyment of your trip.

  Jeremy and Andre – Thank you for sharing your lovely Waikiki vacation home with us. We had a wonderful 3 month winter stay in your unit - and we look forward to returning next year! We chose this unit because of the description and the pictures on the VRBO listing - we are happy to say that we were not disappointed - both are very accurate. It is obvious that the owners visit their unit often - it is clean, well maintained, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Because we were there for an extended period, we prepared a lot of our meals in the unit – everything we needed was there. We especially love the size and comfort of the lanai – these must be some of the largest in Waikiki! and we often started and ended our days on the lanai. The newly renovated pool deck with new Jacuzzi and new pool is awesome and a great place to spend your ‘lazy days’. Location is perfect – it is close to Ft DeRussy Park, Waikiki beach, bus stops, shopping and restaurants. Both of our hosts were great to deal with - starting from the time we made our first inquiry last year. Our favorite ‘Happy Hour’ venues..... PF Chang’s – outside seating for great people watching, Rum Fire at the Sheraton and ShoreBird at the Outrigger – hard to beat locations - right on the beach Top of Waikiki – gorgeous views and sunsets!   We celebrated our 55th anniversary during our stay. Cooking was no problem as we had many meals on the lanai, enjoying the view and a glass of wine. The unit was well stocked and was as advertised. Everything was within walking distance including the bus which was a block away. Jeremy was a pleasure to work and we were able to extend our stay by a couple of days. We would definitley recommend this condo and will return if it is available.

  My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks during our honeymoon. The unit was very clean and true to the pictures on the internet. We loved the location which was close to the beach but a couple of blocks away from the main street so that it wasn't too noisy in the evenings. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai. The internet was fast and reliable. Thank you!

  The unit was exactly as described and photographs accurate. Just as we found it! Pool and jacuzzi were being refurbished so we just swam in the ocean. They will be terrific when finished however - we took a peek at the work being done. Everything you would need to fix simple meals is available - nice linens and comfortable furnishings. No issues at all. Would recommend this property and we will most likely contact owners when we return to the islands. Jeremy was a delight to work with as we made rental arrangements - very helpful. Condo is just a few blocks from the beach and within a block or two of the main transit lines (The Bus and Waikiki Trolley), many restaurants, and a grocery store (Food Pantry) where we found everything we needed. Of course, anyone familiar with Hawaii will know that there are ABC stores every few yards so it's very easy to pick up a last minute carton of milk, a loaf of bread or even bottle of wine. Already missing it and we just got home!
