2 Master King suites, as well as an additional Queen bedroom will give you each the privacy and comfort you would expect in a luxury destination like Poipu.
World class events such as the Grand Slam of golf, take place just a mile from the house at the famous Poipu Bay Golf Course. Located within that same mile is another golf course, Kiahuna Golf Course. World class restaurants, some a short walk from the house await you for those nights you wish to dine out, such as Roy's, the Beachhouse, and Joes on the Green.
Less than a block away is the beloved Baby Beach, where children as well as adults can venture into the ocean with the protection of a natural break, and a sandy calm beach. The house offers a gourmet kitchen, and a gas grill for outdoor cooking. Housekeeping is available (for an additional fee) should you wish to schedule this during your stay. Come and stay in Sunny Poipu, and treat yourself to a living experience you will never forget, then hurry back.
Upon your arrival owner provides a "Welcome Basket" with a few of the things you will need and want on that first morning in Paradise, such as Hawaiian Coffee, Cereal, juice, tropical fruits, etc. Just our way of saying, "Mahalo for Choosing Poipu Vista"!

Add GET Tax of 4% and TAT Tax of 9.25% as is required by the State of Hawaii
Outclean Fee of $295 and fully refundable security/damage deposit of $500
Cancellations 90 days or more will be refunded in full less 25%, 90 days or less
will be refunded in full less 25% IF the property is rebooked. If the property is
not rebooked, no refund will be given.
Owner may at owners discretion offer a credit towards a
future stay if dates are availble and rates are similar.

We have lived all over the island and found Sunny Poipu to have the most consistant weather along with the beautiful beaches. We have rentals in other areas of the island, but by far Poipu is the preferred destination.

This home is beautiful and in a convenient location. We enjoyed preparing meals in the well equipped kitchen. The owner was very helpful and considerate when I was trying to find a place to stay in Kauai... my first trip to Hawaii. Thank you, Ilona for your kindness and for opening up that home to us so that we can experience beautiful Hawaii. It made the trip.

There are many variations of accommocation to choose from in Poipu Beach, but after our exhaustive internet research, we chose Poipu Vista as the place to spend our vacation for Christmas and New Year's 2007/2008. We were not disappointed. The open ambiance of the living/kitchen area coupled with the large expansive deck made our vacation for this year a pleasure and one of the best ever. The kitchen appliances in Poipu Vista were all easy to use, and the entire 3 bedroom accommodation was simple to keep clean and more importantly, it felt very relaxing for the three of us during our entire vacation. When we arrived, everything was clean and the surroundings felt quite new. A great location in Poipu. You cannot go wrong here! Bob, Anne Julia

The Poipu Vista has had a wonderful reception from it's guest, however in Jan of 2006, it was taken out of the Vacation Rental Business because someone loved it so much they wanted to stay for an entire year. It is coming back on as a vacation rental starting in March, and will once again be offered to many guests to enjoy on a shorter term basis. Our thanks to our "Long Term" Tenants and now friends, Robert and Martha as we bid them a fond farwell, mahalo, and aloha...

We have been coming to Kauai for over 30 years, but this is only the 3rd time we have stayed in Poipu. We loved it, and we loved this house. While it was very comfortable, it was not your typical "beach cottage". This is a lovely home, with lovely decor and we cannot imagine why the owners would not want to live here. We loved all the plants, and flowers in the big yard, and the original artwork in the house. We were right at home from the minute we opened the door. This house was a homerun for us. We couldn't have enjoyed it more.

We found this house as a referral from a friend who had stay here and it came highly recommended. We couldn't agree more and will refer other friends ourselves. It was located right in the heart of Poipu, near our favorite resturants and Golf Courses, and we could walk to several beaches in a minute. The kitchen has everything, but we mostly ate out. We did enjoy the luxuries of home, and shared it with another couple for less than half the price of a hotel room. We plan to visit Kauai again, and hope to stay again at the Poipu Vista

What a GORGEOUS HOME, not to mention the location. We enjoyed lying on the beautiful wood deck reading, relaxing, listening to the nearby ocean waves. This house had it all, every luxury one could want and then some. We were here to celebrate a friends birthday and discovered the Poipu Vista. This was our first stay but will not be our last, we hope to return again, next year
