A great location at a great rate! My condominium is across the street from the Park City Mountain Resort parking lot, and is a 15-minute walk to the shops and restaurants of Old Town Park City. The FREE town bus stops in front of the complex for easy access to town or the ski resort. There is covered parking if you have a car.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. The master bedroom has its own TV and VCR. The living room has a gas fireplace, TV, VCR, and a CD player. To accommodate two additional occupants, there is a sofa bed. There is a small dining table with chairs for five, and the kitchen counter has seating for four.
The ten-plus person hot tub is 50 feet from the front door. Both the pool and hot tub are kept nice and warm.

A couple of buddies and I have been staying here for a little over a week for the last few seasons. It is extremely convenient to the First Time and Eagle lifts at Park City Mountain. The condo has everything you need for a great time. The jacuzzi is a few steps away for that late in the day heat treatment. BBQ is available for all to use. The front desk manager is friendly and great with suggestions for restaurants with good food. Rentals, groceries and liquid refreshment are all a short distance away (walkable is you don't have a car). For those with a car, parking is conveniently available. Suggest having a car if you want to try out the other resorts...most are within an hour and 15 minutes or less. Other than Park City, Canyons and Deer Valley are close by. Have fun in the SNOW...we will! Bob

Great location only a few blocks from Park City Resort. Roomy hot tub and cozy condo interior. I've stayed here on two different occasions and no regrets.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers.

I have stayed at this property three times in the last five years and have always felt that it was a great value with a central location can't be beat. Two of my stays were to ski and Park City Resort is a easy walk, even with skis. Many of the other resorts can be reached by the easy to use local bus. The hot tub is a very welcome spot after a long day on the slopes! My other stay was for Sundance Film Festival and this location is truly ideal! I was able to walk to the majority of film venues and for the rest simply used the bus. Being able to walk at Sundance is really important as traffic is basically grid lock much of the time. There is also a major grocery store and a Starbuck's across the street and Old Town is only a 10-15 minute walk for numerous restaurants, shopping and nightlife. If you are looking for good accommodations and an excellent location all for a very reasonable price I can highly recommend this unit!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.
