We are experienced vacation rental owners and are pleased to open this unit to vacation rentals. This is a studio unit located on the 15th floor of a brand new building. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, own bathroom and comfortably furnished living area with a 32" LCD TV. Located in Bel Aire Makati, the country's most prime and valuable city, also one of the country's famous tourist spots.

Very close to Rockwell, shopping, and night life. The Street is surrounded with night clubs and restaurants, all within walking distance to Greenbelt and Ayala Center. Very safe and convenient to everything. Also, parking is at a premium in Makati or any other desirable location in this city, that is just a fact of life here. We do have an available parking space for extra charge of $3.00 per night.

Its clean and safe, a modern building with a bright entrance and lobby area as well as bright hallways on the floors. Would definitely recommend it and hope to stay here again in the future.   • Although it is small, this cosy apartment unit fits the bill amazingly to a T. It is just nice...within walking distance to my seminar venue - I walked everyday to the venue and this being my first time in Manila - it is a bonus - save on transport costs!! The developer who builds this project is great! We also enjoyed walking down Makati Avenue all the way down to Greenbelt and Glorietta! Wonderful walk! We are recommending this apartment to our friends and will be back for more!

  • The owners ( Sharon and Delia ) were great! Anytime I needed anything, I could call Delia directly and she would get back to me right away. The room is SUPER-CLEAN and well-maintained. The building itself is in a great location - near the mall, restaurants, etc. I felt very safe there and was very pleased with everything. I will definitely stay there again.
