Enjoy the views from your balcony overlooking the Intracoastal waterway at Bahia Vista on beautiful Isla Del Sol. The condominium is convenient for both St. Pete/Clearwater and Tampa International Airports, 1 mile from the sands of St. Pete Beach, 45 minutes from Busch Gardens and only 90 minutes from Disney.
Isla Del Sol is an island on the southern most tip of St. Pete surrounded by the waters of Boca Ciega Bay. Our west facing condo overlooks the gardens, the swimming pool and a small private beach. Also, right on your doorstep is an 18 hole PGA rated golf course, open to non-members from May-Sept.
The condo is located on the 4th floor with stair and elevator access. It is bright and welcoming and offers ever comfort with a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms and ample closet space. Unit has been recently renovated with new appliances, cabinets and countertops.
There are many amenities within walking distance or just a five minute drive away - restaurants, shopping, banks, and drug stores. Also close by is Fort DeSoto Park where you can see the historic sites or go walking, jogging, biking, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, bird watching, enjoy a BBQ or just relax on the beach
You will find further attractions in downtown St. Petersburg - the famous Pier, Baywalk, Art Galleries, Museums and sporting events. For the shopping enthusiast, Ellenton Factory Outlet Mall, is within easy driving distance across the Sunshine Skyway.
