It is located only 45 minutes for Liberia Airport and 25 minutes to Tamarindo. The quaint town of Brasalito is only one kilometer away with fine local restaurants and shopping. Other easily accessible towns by car or taxi are Flamingo and Portrero.
The newly completed residence has been professionally decorated and appointed sparing no expense. The residence consists of a spectacular master suite with king size canopy bed, Jacuzzi tub and its own private terrace. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third has two twin beds. Forty-five inch flat screen TV in living area, other flat screens TV's in the bedrooms, entertainment center with indoor and outdoor speakers, full-size kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, and full laundry room.
