This private, 2200 square foot house, with 650 square foot guest house, is located 1 mile from a 5 mile long beach. It is muy tranquillo with a beautiful view of the beach and a beautiful tropical garden, where Howler Monkeys come right up to the porch. A new, 39 foot pool with patio looks over the beach view. There is beach combing, surfing, guided sport fishing and incredible bird watching nearby. One, two or four-day beach horseback riding to Mal Pais is easy to arrange. Many excellent, inexpensive restaurants are nearby.
This house is situated in the middle of the jungle with many birds. The new pool is linked to the new patio for best enjoyment of the great weather. The pool provides complete privacy for lounging around. You can watch the clouds of parrots eating the palm seed from the pool.
The main house is quite open to the ocean breezes and cooled by multiple fans. The large porch provides protected, outside tropical living in any weather. This is where you live watching the wildlife and ocean view cooled by the ocean breezes.
The garden has a large number of flowers that make wonderful arrangements. There are oranges, limes, papaya, grapefruit, mangos and starfruit close to the house, waiting to be picked for breakfast.
