This beautifully decorated raised beach house is two years old and perfect for your entire family. Five bedrooms and four and a half baths can accommodate 16 people in your party.
A king bed in the downstairs master bedroom has a private bath. There is also a Master Bedroom upstairs with another King Bed and private bath. Bedrooms Two and Three upstairs have two double beds in each and they share a bathroom. The family room has a sleeper sofa that converts to a queen size bed.
There are six TV's in the house. One in each bedroom and in the family room. There is also a game table in the family room that is perfect for your favorite card game or checkers. The family room is open to the kitchen and perfect for the family to gather after a long day at the beach.
The property is walking distance to the beach which is visible at the end of the street. You decide your perfect day, laying on the beach all day or sitting by your private pool or a combination of both....You decide. It's your vacation! Don't forget to ask about a creative meal plan. Visit a local establishment where you can prepare all meals for the week and all you have to do is place the prepared meals into the oven to heat before serving. A perfect option instead of eating out every night (although there are dozens of restaurants near the house).

We had a wonderful time staying here. The location is perfect for all of the activities that we wanted to do and the house was perfect for our group. The house was very nicely decorated and very clean.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Everything about staying at this house was fantastic. The location being just a couple short blocks to the beach was great, and for the times the kids didn't want to go to the beach, the pool was perfect. There were 7 kids and 7 adults and plenty of room for everyone. We ate in most nights and there was plenty of room for everyone to sit around and eat together. It was a quick 15 minute drive to Broadway at the Beach, so it was far enough outside of Myrtle to be quieter but close enough be near the things we wanted. Kortni was great to work with as well, always responded very quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

This past June of 2009 my wife and I planned a family vacation for our children and their families at Surfside Beach. After careful consideration, we chose property 110069 from the pictures. What the pictures couldn't tell us was, how dirty the furniture, carpet, and floors were when we arrived. The bedding looked and felt like it had been picked up at the good will center. Since we had small children, we were constantly having to tell them not to sit or lie down on the carpet. We put blankets on the living room furniture that felt like they needed an oil change,Uck. It's taken me a while to write this review but maybe it will help others when they are deciding on a good place to spend a nice vacation with their families. The only recommendation I would have for family and friends would be to NOT stay there. I hope this review helps someone else.

We wish you had brought it to our attention at the time of your vacation, rather than waiting almost a whole year. We make every effort possible to maintain a clean and pleasant atmosphere for our guests. However, we can not be there when each guest leaves, and unfortunately there is often some sort of damage or wear and tear that occurs without our knowlege. That is why we ask each tenant to let us know when they arrive if anything is broken, out of place or just not to their satisfaction. Please know that all of our homes are cleaned after every tenant leaves and before the next one arrives. The carpets are steam cleaned at the end of every season. With so many different people coming and going, it is not economical for us to put expensive bedding on the beds. This means that bedding tends to wear out rather quickly. This past fall we replaced the family room furniture and the bedspreads on most of the beds. Again, we apologize if the house was not to your satisfaction.
