Our house has a spectacular view overlooking Big Boulder Ski Slopes. Situated high on a private ridge, only a few homes boast this amazing view. A winter view of Big Boulder Lake is accessible for your enjoyment. Designed and decorated with a bed and breakfast feel, you will enjoy 2 gas fireplaces and 3 cable TV areas. Cozy up to your favorite book in front of the fire, watch a movie and watch the skiers all at the same time, day or night! This home is perfect for two families to share. Originally built as a duplex, the home is now connected by a spiral stair. There is a nook for everyone in your family to do their thing!
On the first floor, you will enjoy a kitchen open to a large dining area with gas fireplace, a step down family room and master bedroom with jacuzzi,shower, and sauna suite. Upstairs is a great room with gas fireplace, dining/game area, 3 bedrooms and hall bath.
Ski in the winter at nearby Big Boulder and Jack Frost Mountains and in the summer enjoy access to the private Lake Harmony Estates beach. Enjoy your meals on a large, fully furnished deck, with gas grill, as the sun sets on the mountain. Enjoy fall foliage or relax in the spring, watching the abundant wildlife that surrounds you. Located in Lake Harmony Estates on prestigious Lower Skye Drive with only 3 homes, this home is convenient to the slopes, private beach, fun lakeside restaurants and nightlife. Enjoy numerous nearby activities. My friends and I spent a wonderful weekend here. First, it was super easy to contact, have information, and confirm the reservation. Warren answered to all my emails really quickly and paid attention to all the details. Everything was super clean. Then, the house is comfortable, we were on the deck all day long, feeding the deers and just relaxing. As Warren said, it took 15 min by walk to go to the beach (you can also go by car, you can park easily). There are plenty of activities to do on the Lake : Canoe, Wake-Board, ... The house was absolutely perfect, very clean and cozy. The owners provided everything from tea, coffee, plastic bags, dish soap, blankets, board games movies etc... we barely had to bring a thing. We grilled on the back deck, fed the deer, went white water rafting and paint balling. The house was perfectly located, close an assortment of fun outdoor adventures. The owners were extremely thoughtful and pleasant. I have rented dozens of homes in Vermont, Lake George, NY, the Hamptons etc... this was the best experience I have ever had with an owner. Me and my friends had a blast at this vacation house last weekend. spacious rooms, full equiped kitchen, and the outdoor deck with a gas grill was what I liked the most. We will be back:)Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

we spent last of August weekend here, had a blast. we group of 10 people include two couples, two young kids and young ladies and guys, all of us fits in the house comfortably. lots of games was there, very convenient. feeding deer gives us unforgettable memories. having hot pot at the deck, cooking BBQ was so relaxing and fun. I love the Sauna after a busy play day. the outlet shopping, farmer's market, lakefront bar, resort with lots choice of activities are nearby and easy access to. so much things to do, makes weekend go by so fast. we had great time.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway.
