Serene views of pristine Lake Willoughby, Vermont's most beautiful lake, from home or from private water frontage. Home has been updated throughout with three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large stone fireplace, enclosed front porch, two-car drive-under garage, and more all on 3.75 acres of wooded land.

The house sleeps 6 comfortably from spring to early fall. Two televisions, DVD, VCR, and additional queen-sized air mattress and child's pack-n-play are also available. Home is stocked with adequate linens, bath and beach towels and blankets. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, silverware and cooking utensils and basic food staples that you may need. We are also a child-friendly home with plenty of small extras available to help lighten your load; pack-n-play, portable booster seat with attachable feeding tray, sand and water toys and various children's movies.

Public boat launch is within walking distance, and private dock access available. Bring your own boat, canoe or kayak or rent one in East Burke or Barton to fully enjoy the Lake from all sides. There is also excellent fishing throughout the year, with depths of up to 300 feet in spots. Mountain biking, hiking, nature studies, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing are just a few activities to enjoy on The Kingdom Trails. There are also several breathtaking 18-hole golf courses within 30 minutes from Lake Willoughby as well as horseback riding, hayrides and county fairs seasonally. The V.A.S.T. trail system (Vermont Association of Snow Travelers) about a half-mile away or snowmobile across the frozen lake directly to an amazing network of over 6,000 miles worth of trails. The property is located halfway, or roughly 25 minutes, between Burke mountain range and Jay Peak for the skiing enthusiast.
