Community - Park City, Utah Vacation Rental Just the perfect retreat after a day of snow sports, mountain biking or other mountain activities. This place has it all! Incredible panoramic views of mountains and the Olympic Park, walking distance to great shopping at over 60 popular stores, and only 30 minutes drive from Salt Lake City airport. Also, it is only a five minute drive to The Canyons Resort, 10 minutes to Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley--all three are serviced by a free shuttle bus that stops right in front of the building. Snowbird, Alta, Solitude and Brighton are a quick, easy and beautiful drive to the other side of the mountain. This private and comfortable 1500 square foot condominium is only four years old and well appointed with everything you could need. There is a high-speed wireless or ethernet internet connection, a printer, three TVs (main has DVD and VHS). A Beautiful kitchen with granite counters, modern appliances and a gas range for the cook. The large loft has sleeping for four, a private full bath and a TV with an XBox game console for the kids. There are also two full baths downstairs (the master with jetted tub and separate shower). There is a washer/dryer so you can pack light. Another great feature is heated underground parking with elevator, which makes it handicap accessible, as well as convenient to get back and forth in any weather without a coat. There is also a large secure storage room, right in front of the parking space, to store your equipment. Of course, the unit is equipped with air conditioning, for the summer months (many places in Park City don't), as well as heat and a gas fireplace. The covered outdoor hot tub is just steps from the building and in view from the balcony. If you like to work out, there is a gym with machines in the Club house, in addition to a heated pool and another hottub. For those times you don't wish to cook, there are too many dining options to list--many of which are within three minutes drive. If night-life is your passion, then you'll find plenty of action down on Main Street, just 10 minutes away! And if you want to take in a movie, the new multiplex theater is also only three minutes away. For the chef in the party, there are three grocery markets to choose from including a "Wild Oats". There is also a Walmart two minutes away, for any items you forgot to pack.
