Welcome to "Palms Away". Our cozy, tropical home away from home. Enjoy all the comforts of home in our charming two bedroom, two bathroom single family home.
We are conveniently nestled between Vanderbilt beach (The Ritz Carlton) and Delnor-Wiggins State Park. The beach is less than a mile in either direction. A quick bike ride to the beach, tennis, shopping center, movie theater, ice cream parlor, restaurants, grocery store and more!
Palms Away features an open floor plan with all new furnishings. Each bedroom serves as an anchor with the living space in between. The Master Bedroom, Living Room and Kitchen all open to the screened lanai and pool area which is complete with outdoor furniture and Gas Grill. Southern exposure, extensive foliage and heated pool create a private tropical oasis. The Master Bedroom features a king-size bed, large walk-in closet, large sink/vanity, private shower and additional closet. The Guest Bedroom features two full-size beds and large closet. A full bath is conveniently located next to the guest bedroom. Both the Master Bath and Guest Bath are newly renovated.
The Kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table that seats six. The living room is warm and inviting with a chocolate brown leather queen-size sleeper sofa and chairs. On rainy days, watch a movie on the 42 inch Plasma TV. A day bed is strategically placed in front of the sliding glass doors that lead to the pool for maximum lounging! In addition to central air-conditioning, there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. You will find beach chairs/umbrella, bikes and pool floats in our two-car garage.
Palms Away allows you to take advantage of all that Naples has to offer. A great spot for families or a romantic escape. Bask in the sun, shop 'til you drop, fish off the Naples Pier, hit the links or the courts, feast on culinary delights, or just enjoy a quiet sunset -- the possibilities are endless.

Why the Owner Chose Naples Park
My husband and I have been coming down to Naples since the mid 80's. When looking for a vacation property we chose Naples Park because of all that it had to offer our growing family. We love to ride our bikes to the beach, fish, golf and play tennis. Because of it's location, the house is ideal for a short or long term get-away. There are shopping centers that offer everything that we could possibly need by way of food, restaurants, movies and bike rentals. All within a mile of Palms Away. Downtown and Historic Naples are approximately 8 miles away and offer some of the best restaurants and shopping in South Florida.
The Unique Benefits at this House
If you are interested in having a family reunion, Palms Away would be ideal. Our extended family owns the property next door. The house is listed on vrbo #207644 "Grapefruit Getaway". It is a newly renovated, 3 BR/2 bath beautifully furnished house with many amenities. Check it out! Both houses have new beach bikes, plenty of beach chairs, coolers, a Delnor-Wiggins State Park Pass and everything else needed to make your family vacation fantastic.
Great sandy beaches. Easy to ride bikes to or drive your car - plenty of parking. Great spot to watch the boats and fish.
Publix, Post Office, Movie Theaters, Naples Bike Rentals, Wine/Liquor Store and many restuarnats.

Our three generation family had a great time at Palms Away. It was a perfect size and an excellent pool; we were in the water a couple of hours every day but two and those were rainy days! The location is just great and we made frequent use of the park pass. The kitchen was fitted with everything we needed – we could even make Orange Julius! The pictures that are on the website made it very easy for us to find our way around that first night when we got in so late – everything was just as we thought it would be. All in all, we thought it was great value, great location, great home.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This was a perfect spot for our family which included 2 adults and 3 teenagers. We used the bikes provided to go to both Vanderbilt Beach and the State Park. We enjoyed using the free state park passes. The house was in great condition and we loved the enclosed, heated pool and backyard privacy. We grilled out many meals which was very relaxing as we sat by the pool. If you are looking for a nice close restaurant we recommend AZN, which had excellent Asian cuisine. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The house is located perfectly for a great vacation. It's quiet, super clean, with a fantastic pool area, close to the beach, Malls, Restaurants and Supermarkets. The new bathrooms turned out very nice. It's just a question of time when we will come back to spend another vacation! We felt like being home.

My family stayed at "Palm's Away" during the week of July 16th. The accomodations were excellent. Whatever we needed was readily available. Everyone had a great time with so much to do between the beach, fishing, pool, shopping, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family of four stayed at Palm's Away during spring break. We enjoyed Naples and we especially enjoyed Palm's Away. It was very convenient, comfortable, well equiped all with delightful decor and a beautiful pool area like a tropical oasis. I would highly recommend Palm's Away. We always have a good time when we come down to Naples with our 2 girls. There are so many fun things to do within close proximity of the house. We ride our bikes everywhere! We enjoy sitting around the pool or flying kites on the beach. On our last visit we went to Corkscrew Nature Preserve and saw amazing wildlife. There is also a new water park that opened and we heard it's a ton of fun. We only hope you enjoy Naples and Palms Away as much as we do.
