Very nice cabin/townhome. The proximity to town is excellent (walking distance). The cabin is exactly as presented in the pictures and descriptions. Stayed for a week with my children and their families with nary a complaint from anyone (we even had a bear stop by...next door...on our first day 6/18/11). We will plan on being back in Estes Park and hopefully at the "Spa Cabin" next Summer.

I took my son and 4 of his friends for his 14th birthday, we had an awesome time plenty of room for everyone and even though we were deep in snow, it was a blast sledding and even grilling while the snow was falling. There is a fire pit where we roasted marshmallos to make S'mores and keep warm at the same time. The boys as well as the adults had a wonderful time. The views were amazing, the house was very comfortable and I wish we could of stayed longer. We will definitely be back for another winter get away.

My family took a two week vacation throughout the Rockies. Of all the places we stayed, this was by far our favorite. The river next to the cabin is very soothing and relaxing. The cabin itself was very nice and very clean. It has everything you need to make your stay complete. We also loved the neighborhood pet elk! I would highly recommend the Spa Cabin for your next stay in Estes Park!

This is a beautiful cabin. I love the way it sits next to the river. The cabin itself is elegant. It is nicely decorated with beautiful hardwood floors upstairs. The owner is very fair and easy to work with. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in this cabin the first week of August, 09 with our children and our four grandchildren. The house was spacious with separate areas so that we each had private quarters. Nicely furnished and appointed, but the location was the high point...next to the river and within walking distance to Fun City (the big slide) and even to town. The river sounds muffled the traffic noise you might expect with such proximity to town. The owner was very responsive to all our needs.

We stayed here the last week of May, 2009. It is a wonderful place to stay. Great furnishings, close to Estes Park, and on the river! Would highly recommend this place!

Very well appointed home, with first class appliances and utensils. We had 7 adults, 3 toddlers and a teen all with enough space and privacy. The view off the front deck offered up elk, deer and ducks drifting along the river. All this and still convenient to town. We all enjoyed our stay at the 'Spa Cabin' in Estes Park.

Our stay from 9-8-07 thru 9-17-07 was Wonderful. We were a family of 8 adults and all had plenty of our "own" space. The accomodations were excellant and the home very well equipped. I have rented other places and have placed this home on top of my list. Estes Park was so beautiful, we are from the Atlantic Coast so the mountains and rocks were most impressive. I highly recommend the area and most of all the home.
