Welcome to one of our new fully furnished villas. We have access of two villas side-by-side to accomodate larger groups (up to 14 people). This is the three bedroom villa located at the exclusive Ko Olina Resort of Oahu, just 20 miles from the Honolulu International Airport. In this 'Place of Joy' you will treasure life-long memories of your Hawaiian paradise on the gorgeous lagoons gently folding into the pristine shoreline of Honolulu, creating serene sandy beaches, tranquil turquoise whispers of the mighty Pacific.
Walking distance to these secluded beach lagoons, you can enjoy snorkeling, oceanfront walking and hiking paths, the breathtaking sunsets, and romantic picnics. Once a historic playground for Hawaiian royalty, Ko Olina Resort and Marina offers all you need to fulfill your indulgence all throughout your vacation.
The villa’s quiet cul-de-sac living areas are beautifully decorated in an elegant tropical island style. Attractive three bedroom/two and-a-half bath vacation villa is where you would enjoy the comfort of home in paradise. Our Living Room is furnished with a ceiling fan, a 37 inch LCD-Flat Panel TV with cable channels and board games. Enjoy breakfast in our exquisite covered lanai.
Our fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel finish appliances including coffee maker, blender, pots and pans, rice cooker, and dishes, glassware, and utensils to serve eight guests. The refrigerator dispenses filtered cold water and ice. The Dining Room counter-height stools offer stylish dining so you can enjoy a private breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The Master Suite is furnished with Tempurpedic King bed with a master bathroom, and a spacious mirrored closet space. The Second Bedroom extends a beautiful Tempurpedic Queen bed with two night stands and mirrored closet with plenty of space. The Third Bedroom has two comfortable twin beds, a night stand, and mirrored closet.
Every room has its own ceiling fan, wireless phone and extra pillows. Full-car garage, and washer and dryer are available. An Aerobed raised queen air-mattress with pillows and sheet sets available to accommodate additional two guests.
Pamper yourself with a spa treatment at JW Marriott Ihilani's award-winning spa, or simply relax and enjoy the serenity of the ocean with an outdoor massage treatment at Ko Olina Marriott Beach Club. Several elegant restaurants are located at the five-star J.W. Marriott Ihilani, as well as, Roy's restaurant located at the Golf Clubhouse.
Whale-watching or dolphin snorkel tours can be chartered at the nearby Ko Olina Marina which provides access to these and many other water sports. Ko Olina's location sets many other sights within a short drive. Enjoy Oahu’s most popular Paradise Cove luau served everyday of the week.
A Safeway grocery store, KMart, restaurants, fast food, Starbucks, Jamba Juice, 16-plex Cinemas, and more can be found at nearby Kapolei (only two and-a-half miles away). Great Outlet Shopping (Waikele Outlet mall) is also in close proximity within six miles of Ko'Olina. You can have your own private getaway and yet 25 minutes from Waikiki and 30 minutes from North Shore, Oahu.

We had a fabulous time in Ko Olina. The location is great if you've traveled to Hawaii and would like to avoid the tourists and crowded beaches in Honolulu. The side-by-side condos were perfect for our large group and very convenient. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Dan, the owner, was very easy to work with and helpful with answering all our questions. The area was fantastic with a golf course, beautiful beaches, and right next to one of the best luaus, Paradise Cove. There is also Target and Costco close by for very convenient shopping.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.

Rented both villas in June 2011. Very comfortable and clean units and don't let the pictures fool you - these villas were spacious. Lots of extras - boogie boards, umbrellas, foldout chairs, snorkel gear, coolers, DVDs - there was even extra soaps, shampoos, conditioners, etc., probably from previous renters. Ko'Olina Lagoons are the best, but lagoons 1, 2 and 3 were hard to find parking cuz it seemed like there was always some kind of event. Always found parking at Lagoon4, though. New market is open now down the street which makes it more convenient. It's a sister ABC store so save your receipts to get free gift. Dan the owner was easy to work with. Highly recommend staying here!

We rented both Villas which were well equipped,comfortable and a great value! They are located in a quiet community near two prestigous resorts and the most beautiful beaches on Oahu. Dan (owner) was amazing to work with - very professional, responsive and accommodating. Two thumbs up!

Two families of four (4 adults, 4 teenagers in total) staying in the villa and we all enjoyed ourselves. Everybody had enough room and having the 2 full bathrooms was very nice. All utensils and pots/pans on hand for cooking supper if you don't want to eat out. Plenty of towels and linens on hand as well. Dan provided detailed instructions for the villa and also restaurant recommendations. Very nice pool area - we used the pool and hot tub almost daily. There are also three large Weber BBQs at the pool area so we also had a few barbecues. Lagoons are very nice and good for the smaller kids as the breakwaters reduce the size of the waves. It is about a 15 minute walk or short drive to the lagoons but note that parking can be hard to come by at the lagoons as they are very popular.

The villa was clean, well maintained - we had more than enough towels/linens for our family of 5. Dan also has beach equipment available for use: boogie boards, lawn chairs, beach mats. etc. The area is quiet and relaxing, so much better than busy Waikiki. The lagoons are a 1 minute drive away, or you can choose to walk. If you're carrying equipment and have kids in tow, I would drive. There are many stores and shopping areas within a 5 minute drive from here: Costco, Target, K-Mart, Safeway to name a few. There is even a small shopping center within the gated area that includes a convenience store a few restaurants. It was wonderful working with Dan, he was always quick to respond to me via email. He even provided recommendations on restaurants and activities. Thank you Dan, we had a wonderful time.

Our family of 10 (6 adults, 2 six-year olds and 2 two-year olds) stayed in Villas 6 and 7. They were perfect for us. They gave everyone the privacy they wanted but allowed us to spend time all together. The pool is literally steps away and the lovely lagoons are a long walk or a two minute drive. We would come back anytime.

We loved the time we spent in Ko Olina. From the breathtaking lagoons, to the pristine golf course greens, to the tree-lined roads—the resort is beautiful. Dan’s villa worked wonderfully for our family. We enjoyed the peaceful, picturesque location and the many amenities of the villa itself. We would recommend it to anyone visiting Oahu.

I would recommend this condo to anyone wishing to visit Oahu. It is located in an area that allows easy access to the beaches located on the west, east and North shores, as well as the shopping malls located in various places. The KoOlina area is a lovely gated community, with a nice golf course, marina and 4 wonderful lagoons that are less than 3 minute drive from the condo. The condo's pool area is very close to the condo, well maintained, and pleasant place to spend an afternoon. My grandchildren had a very good time playing in the pool as well as the lagoons. The condo is fairly well equipped with everything you need, including pool and beach toys.
