This newly furnished 1600 square foot first floor condo has Eastern exposure, so plan to relax on the patio and enjoy the private location, wide water views, and balmy afternoon ocean breezes. Two bedroom suites, one King and one Queen, each have adjoining full bathrooms. Guests may take repose on the Queen sleeper in the great room.
The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with china, crystal, spices, and cooking implements. No need to bring linens, towels, or soap ..all is provided. Keep your car cool in the covered gated carport directly outside of the front door. A new washer/dryer provides convenient in-condo laundering. Additionally, cable TV, local telephone, and all utilities are included. Come on down and make yourself at home in our balmy paradise!
