You can now rent a penthouse condominium on the 16TH floor in the Ocean Harbor condominiums, a gated, high end private community on the gulf with over nine lush acres of ground with a private fishing pier. This top (16TH) floor penthouse, 1800+ square foot condominium was completely remodeled in 2006. It features huge tile floors throughout and is kept in immaculate shape.
The condo has high ceiling, crown mouldings in every room, a beautiful new kitchen with top of the line appliances and a complete laundry room. Each room is appointed with all new designer furniture including a king size master bed with perfect matress and 35 inch TV and DVD player. Enjoy our 52-inch high definition large screen TV with full theatre surround sound. Music is installed in every room with individual volume controls. The view is water from every window.
Ocean Harbor has a large heated pool with two huge hot tubs. Our club house has an ice machine for your use as well as a 30 seat theatre. We also have activities weekly for you and your friends.

This condo was simply amazing. We stayed last spring (2011) and the accomodations were fantastic. The owners did not hold back on anything when they renovated this place. It is a very high end penthouse that has a cozy "at home" feel to it. We've been staying at this condo community for 6 years now because of its amenities...tennis, pool, saunas, beautiful grounds and a grocery store, restaurant and boat rental right next door. You name it, Ocean Harbour has it.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My family stayed in this condo in June 2011. While I rented the property for my husband, son, & I - I also invited my parents to spend some time with us as well as my brother and nephew. The layout of the condo was perfect for two couples/families. The view of the Bay and Gulf were spectacular. The kitchen was well-equiped and there were plenty of beach/pool toys and accessories for us to use while we stayed here. The owners were easy to work with and were very responsive (pre-, post-, and during the stay). We can't wait to get back to Ft. Myers and when we do - we'll definitely come back to this unit.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This condo is a real home away from home. Every amenity available. Full size washer/dryer and beach accessories too. The view from the penthouse is awesome and one can see for miles. We stayed there in the fall of 2010 and have stayed several other times over the past few years. Our family was so impressed with all the upgrades and it's beautifully decorated. The pool area is large with 2 hot tubes and 3 large gas grills for cooking. There is a convenient grocery store and a nice bay front restaurant next door. The complex is gated, well maintained and very safe, across the street from the beach. The area offers a lot to do with Time Square, shopping and restaurants, etc.... We always enjoy our stay and look forward to returning each year.

We stayed in this condo in the Spring of 2011. The condo was beautiful, immaculatly clean and the view off of the lanai (16th floor) was unbelievable. Our family of 6 (including 4 teenagers) were comfortable in the spacious and beautifully decorated (yet very homey) condo. The beds and the furniture were very comfortable. We are anxious to plan another trip to Fort Myers beach...and we will definitley stay in this condo again.
