Welcome to gentle breezes, quiet strolls on some of the best beaches in the Caribbean, gourmet dining, and a tranquil friendly atmosphere. Welcome to Anguilla.
We have traveled extensively in the Caribbean... Over time we have come up with a list of "must haves" that make a beach vacation restful and fun, and Anguilla meets all of these. 1. The island must be EASY TO REACH. Anguilla can be reached from much of the continental United States in time for a dip before dinner! 2. LAID BACK. We come to Anguilla to get away from the buzz and brew of everyday life. I want to be entertained by skittering crabs, birds diving for their next meal. The only traffic jam I want to encounter is one created by a goat snacking on banana skins in the middle of the road. The hardest thing I want to do is get some SPF 30 on my back. 3. GREAT FOOD. Dine in or dine out Anguilla has a variety of dining options including wonderful restaurants and bars, and well stocked groceries. Delicious roadside roti and barbecue stands, casual beach bars serving fresh fish and sophisticated international fare representing cuisine around the world. 4. Its OWN SPECIAL ATMOSPHERE. Anguilla has a distinct personality. With a multitude of uncrowded beaches, a downtown that maintains a Caribbean temperament the only thing nicer is encountering, friendly, helpful Anguillans. 5. ACCESSIBLE ACTIVITIES. Spend your day napping or reading on the balcony but if you are looking for an alternative, go snorkeling, scuba, golf, or fish. Easy to arrange and easy to get to.
Here is the thing. With so many activities and dining options scattered around the island, our 1500+ sq.ft. Condominium is perfectly located to get you anywhere on the island in 20 minutes or less. (This assumes a wandering goat does not slow you down)! Feel like a do-nothing day? Put up your feet up and rest on one of two generous sized balconies overlooking the blue Caribbean. You will gaze upon views of St. Maarten, St. Kitts, and St. Barths out in the distance. Sit by the pool or enjoy the shade of the gazebo in the garden. Want to eat in? Fire up the grill or if cooking is your thing you will enjoy using the well-equipped kitchen and grocery stores are only a mile away. Or live life in the fast lane and spend a day in St. Maarten - just a ferry ride away.
There is a manager onsite or a phone-call away, available to answer questions, suggest restaurants, help arrange activities, and make your stay pleasant and trouble-free. |
