This beautiful, conveniently located unit is on Main Street in downtown historic Frisco. Frisco is an 1880’s mining town surrounded by the majestic Rocky Mountains and on Lake Dillon. Frisco is in the center of Summit County’s downhill ski areas: Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone & Arapahoe Basin are only a short drive to Vail & Beaver Creek.
Some of the best cross country skiing can be found at the Frisco Nordic Ski Center and for those more adventurous, we are just a few blocks from mountain trails. Of course there are outdoor activities all year round, including the Ten Mile recreational trail, which has over 50 miles of paved path, used year round, that stretches from Vail to Frisco & Dillon & from Keystone to Breckenridge. There is boating on Lake Dillon in the summer, special art and musical events all year round.
It’s an easy drive from Denver to Frisco and whether you drive or take other transportation, you’ll never need a car once you arrive. The unit is located within easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and only one block from the Summit Stage that offers free shuttle service to the Summit Ski areas and the Silverthorn Factory Outlet stores.
This newer built unit (1998) is nicley decorated with beautiful and comfortable furniture to help you feel relaxed and able to fully enjoy your Rocky Mountain experience. There are large windows and views of the mountains and the town - it’s located across the street from the Frisco Historic Park. The master bedroom has a queen size sleigh bed with a deep, extremely comfortable mattress, and there is a full private bath with a Jacuzzi tub.
The living room has a comfortable sofa that converts to a queen bed. There is a second bathroom with a shower. There are even heated floors throughout the unit and a gas log fireplace to help keep you comfortable. We even provide natural fiber linens and allergy free pillows. This is a non-smoking unit. The complex is small and quiet. No pets.

We have stayed here 2x last winter and would have stayed 3x this winter but the one week we wanted was booked. Frisco is a great place to be and you can't beat the free bus system. It starts when you walk in the door with the wine and candy-which was greatly appreciated in December when we were delayed and didn't arrive until midnight! the: coffees, teas, & oatmeal, the new throw in the living room, new hangers in the bedroom closet, bath robes, nice fluffy towels, fluffy rugs in the bathrooms, the quality of dishes, flatware and pots and pans, the extra TV channels & comcast remote control so you can check the 'guide' for what is on TV, and all the information you send in advance to us. Our favorite place to stay!!

If you are looking for a great condo, this is the one. Rental rate is excellent with many great features. Little "extras" provided in the condo like lotions, coffees, teas, wine and chocolates made us feel special. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Condo was clean and welcoming. We would highly recommend this unit.

We spent a great six days and nights in Frisco, enjoying the Christmas lights across the street in the Historic park. Linda has the pantry well supplied with cereal and coffee and staples to get you through the first days. The hot tub was well maintained and very close to the unit without going outside. Log Cabin breakfast place next to condo; and small grocery very close. We enjoyed our stay. Julia

Great Condo, the heated floors and location were awesome. Owner, Linda, is very personable. She saved us on New Year's Eve. We lost our luggage, loosing our directions, so we called Linda and she gave us step-by-step directions to the condo; this all happened in the late afternoon of 31 Dec. A personal touch in service and in the condo is apparent...Thanks Linda

My husband and I just returned from our second stay at this condo. It was even better than we remembered it! Great location, heated floors, two bathrooms, and all of the small touches (bathrobes, hot tea, Q-tips!) make this the perfect place for a ski vacation.

The condo is extremely cozy and warm. It feels like home. The owners have done a great job and the place comes fully stocked (with about 10 varieties of cocoa, chocolates, lots of big bath towels and every toiletry one could need.) Easy to get to, very close to Breck and Copper. Highly recommended.

What a perfect get-away!!! The town of Frisco is adorable and the condo was a wonderful place to return to after a long day of skiing (and only 1 block from the bus to copper!). We would return any time.
