Just wanted to let you know we had a great time staying at your condo. It was exceptionally clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. We used the outside grill quite often. I especially liked the pool and hot tub. After a round of golf it was really nice to relax in the hot tub. It did wonders to my tight and aching muscles.

We had a great time in Florida! This was our first time renting a house from an owner. We were a little apprehensive at first about how things would work out, but everything worked out perfectly. Checking in at the management company took 5 minutes and it was very close to Seven Dwarfs. The location of Seven Dwarfs was perfect, so close to the parks and to the 192 with all the restaurants and supermarkets. And yet very quiet at night. The security guards were polite, the big fence gave us a save feeling. The grounds looked nice, very well taken care of. Your house met with our expectations and more; it was the best. The kids had the internet up and running in 5 minutes while I was taking my first (of many) bath in the Jacuzzi-bathtub. All appliances were in good working order. It was very convenient to have a washer/dryer in the house. We are a family of 4, but the house was so big that next time the kids each want to bring a friend. Thank you very much for sharing your townhouse with us. We will definitely recommend your house to our friends. I never want to go back to a hotel room again.

First let me say that the overall value- the security, proximity to WDW, price, toiletries provided, amenities such as the pool and extra TV’s were all unbeatable. For us having the experience with our four year old granddaughter was priceless. I wonder why experiencing it with your grandchildren touches your heart in a way that’s immeasurable. We’ve been there before with our own children when they were young, but this was extra special!We are a loving family, but I knew we’d be better with our “own space”. That’s why we chose to find a condo. I have already recommended yours to friends. One of the reasons I chose yours was because I wanted a king sized bed for us. Overall, our stay was “Magical” and we look forward to returning again with another granddaughter. (We have three!)Thanks for everything,

We loved the stay at your property. The townhouse was clean and well equipped. The ammenities at the property were great. The kids loved the pool, basketball court and tennis court. We saved some money on activities as they were prefectly content to stay and play at the community for 2 days of our stay. We hope to be back next year and will rent from you again.

We had a terrific vacation and your townhouse was perfect. It is a great location; close enough to all the parks and near shopping and restaurants. The management company was nearby so it wasn't a hassle getting the key. The girls loved the pool and management was very accommodating and pleasant when the girls asked to have the fountains on the pool put on while they were swimming. The town house was well equipped with soap, toilet paper and paper towels.

We really enjoyed the place and the location is terrific!! We weren't in the unit too much cuz we were at the parks from opening to closing. I have already recommended the place to some friends and will use it again.

We had a great time. It was nice to come back to a quiet place after a long day at the parks. The grounds were clean and the pool was well kept. It was nice to be able to swim until 11pm. I will recommend it to my friends. It may be a while before we go back to Orlando-I need a vacation from my vacation.....

We just returned home today from Florida. I just wanted to tell you that we had a great time and really enjoyed the townhouse! The house was very clean and well maintained, comfortable, with plenty of room. The kids really enjoyed the pool area and surrounding activity/playground area. It is located in a great spot (close enough but yet far enough from Disney) with everything possibly necessary within only a few minutes. am glad that you were able to accomodate us and thank you for the special rate you charged. I would definitely keep you in mind the next time we go down to Disney and will certainly recommend you to friends and family. Thank you once again!
