Good quality cookware, dishes, towels, linens, bed room furniture , and all easily signed for a perfect stay to make our vacation truely a great vacation. An extra advantage is an easy spa/pool remote control feature that many homes in FL and CA do not seem to invest in for their renters. You'll enjoyed renting from Loretta and she went above and beyond for an extra family need we have. Don't delay renting the Hatchwell's home because we want to move in permanently ! thank you Loretta

This was the perfect getaway for the family which included adults and children aged 1 year to 59 years. The home was comfortable, well maintained, room for all. Loretta oversees each detail so your vacation is truly that--a time to relax. I am convinced, from this experience, renting vacation homes is the only way to go.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We rented the house to watch our beloved Boise State Broncos play in their second Fiesta Bowl. We loved the house and all of its amenities, esp. the welcoming basket of goodies. We were all adults (our college age kids now count as adults). There was more than enough room for the grownups to have their own rooms and the loft worked great for the airmattresses for the kids. We had plenty of space, loved the patio and pool, and never ran out of hot water. Thanks so much for the use of your wonderful home. We hope to be back to stay there again soon.

We were 12 adults and 5 children, and the house was plenty big enough for all of us. Everything you need is there, including lots of pool toys for adults and kids. We would definitely go back to stay there again.

This home is sensational. From the pool to the home we loved it. There were 6 couples down for a Senior League baseball tournament and this met and totally exceeded our expectations.

There were 7 men in our group. We had trailered our Harley's down from Alberta- it was still snowing there. We got to the house and were pleasantly surprised. It's true the pictures don't do justice to how beautiful this home is. The pool and hot tub area are magnificent. All of the amenities were top notch. We couldn't even think of anything this home didn't have. The grocery store was handy and the staff very helpful. Loretta was awesome to deal with and couldn't be more accommodating.

The house was even more beautiful than the picture. We gathered for my husband's birthday and had various family members from AZ, PA and IL come and visit during our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house is perfectly set up for entertaining and very kid friendly. The owners are so accomodating, adjusting our arrival and departure times to fit our flights. It was great to have all of the linens, pool towels and toiletries already there, since we were flying. We especially enjoyed the pool and spa, but also visited the nearby Wildlife Zoo, and Rawhide in Chandler. The home was very easy to find, right off I-10 and a quick 2 minute drive to Walmart and the grocery store.

We spent almost two weeks in Arizona and couldn't have been happier with our accomodations. It was so nice to come "home" to a quiet street and the comfortable surroundings of the house. The kids enjoyed the pool and billiards table. My husband appreciated the desk in the loft where he could work away. Having wireless access was a bonus as well. There were only 5 of us but we could have accomodated 6 more easily and with comfort. I am a bit of a bed snob so I really appreciated the bedding - perfect. We spent a few nights away from the house when we went to the Grand Canyon and Petrified Forest... I couldn't wait to get back to the "Hopi House" bed! The owner was wonderful to work with - she even offered to mail my little guy's backpack to us which he left behind. Thank you, Loretta! We hope to visit again.

This home exceeded all of our expectations- the pictures really don't do it justice. We had 13 adults and kids stay for 1 week to go to Cubs Spring Training games and it was a blast. First off, the home is in emaculate condition & was all set up and ready to go when we arrived. Everyone had more then enough room and there was never a dull moment. The pool and hot tub was just awesome. We could set the water temp for both and it was just perfect. The big screen TV with Bose speakers was great to watch sports or movies. The kitchen was nice and big to cook, eat, entertain, play cards, etc. A few nights we cooked out burgers and chicken on the grill on the patio. The pool table was fun for the kids and the adults when we were too tired from all swimming. We also took a few days and played at the park which is just a block away. The 6 bedrooms were great and each had more then enought room. The loft area was good for the kids to watch a movie or the adults to do work on their laptops since the home had wireless internet access. We were a little concerned that the location was too far away, but its 3 minutes off of I-10 and Watson. There is shopping everyone and the town is growing fast. It took us a little over a half an hour to get there from the airport and everything else was easy to get to. It really is in a perfect location. The only bad part of this trip we had is that we had to leave- but we will be back!!!

We were very pleased with your beautiful, comfortable and spacious home. From the moment we entered the game room, into the vast open kitchen, dining, living room concept we were simply awe struck. The home is immaculate upstairs and down and we found it to be very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were very roomy. The pool, hot tub area is one of the neatest and most convenient we have ever visited. The home is also conveniently located to major highways with lots of conveniences nearby. With our group,(7 adults) the availability of bathroom space was also a premium, and your home with it's 4 full bathrooms gave us ample space and "time".The golf opportunities offered by renting this home should also be considered a HUGE bonus. We golfed at The Raven at Verrado for far less than the posted rates and we were treated like Kings and Queens during our week long stay. This home is definately a "must stay" for anyone considering the Phoenix West Valley area. We will most definately visit this home again when we come back the the West Valley. Thanks again; K. We absolutely had an incredible weekend staying at the Hatchwell's, which we renamed, the "Hopi House." Our first night there was a relaxing one, enjoying conversation over billiards, having a delicious meal prepared on the outdoor grill, then climbing into very comfortable beds for the night. On the day of our anniversary gathering, the weather ended up being too chilly to be able to enjoy the festivities outdoors, but, thanks to the layout of the home, all of our guests (which numbered close to 30 for the party) were very comfortable sitting, standing, and enjoying each other's company throughout the home...upstairs in the loft, downstairs playing billiards, sitting around the exquisite hardwood table, hanging out in the kitchen, and finally, sitting around the big screen t.v. It was the perfect spot for a party, especially since we needed a place for our out of town guests to stay as well (easy on and off the I-10 for those who came in from Southern California, as well as a quick hop to the airport for those who flew in). Everyone fell in love with the home, and we're all making plans for next year's festivities! This is a perfect home for those who want to entertain family and friends, without worrying about what the kids are going to do, as they have their own "getaway" in the loft where they can have their own space and play video games, talk, or just be kids! Everyone was asking if this is where all our future "Celebrations of Love, Family, and Friendship" would take place for here on out...and we have to say, we think we've found the perfect annual gathering place. Thank you for your incredible home away from home...and that is what it truly is...we over brought what we needed, as the cupboards were STOCKED with all the necessities, including beautiful beverage glasses, plates, cookware, mixing bowls, and more! And we're talking stuff to entertain with, not just mismatched every day stuff! Wow! As one of our guests put it...it's a five star home away from home! Thanks for spoiling us!!! What can I say. This home is absolutely beautiful and shows great thoughtfulness in its designs. The owners of this home thought of everything and makes this a warm and cozy place to be when you are away from home. I rate this an 11 on a scale of 1-10. Don't miss out on this peaceful home in Arizona!
