Wonderful Mediterranean style home with beautiful mountain views of Snow Canyon State Park. Decks and luxury style throughout, for you and your family or friends. Granite kitchen counter tops, upgraded carpet and tile.

This home offers an open and exciting floor plan, with several windows and doors with red mountain views. A great location in Ivins, 10 minutes from St. George, 5 minutes from Snow Canyon where you can take spectacular hikes, sightseeing, biking, rock climbing and rappeling on red canyon walls or play on the sand dunes.

A private court yard right outside the front entry or you can sit outback on the large covered patio area where you can enjoy your meals and the mountain views.

It was important for us to be out of the city and away from the traffic. In the evening you can actually go outside and see millions of stars! This is why we decided to live in the St. George area; so many wonderful National Parks close by to choose from; Zion & Kolob Canyon, Bryce, Grand Canyon, Arches and Capital Reef. Also you have several State Parks; Snow Canyon, Grand Staircase-Escalante, Kodachrome, Gunlock, Coral Pink Sand Dune, Anasazi. Endless hiking, endless sight seeing, all close by.

Other amazing activities include; Las Vegas, skiing at Brian Head, World Class Spas, Boating in Sand Hollow/Quail Creek or ride ATV's at nearby Red Cliffs BLM Recreation. Relax in the evening and enjoy a play at the Tuacahn Amphitheater, located in the middle of the red rock cliffs of Snow Canyon, just 5 minutes from the house. Nine challenging golf courses are in the St. George area, several are just minutes from the house.

We can help you arrange a private hiking guide, a massage in the home, rappeling or climbing on red cliffs, we can ship buffalo or elk steaks to you so you can enjoy a bbq dinner right on the porch, or a relaxing day at the spa. Whatever your needs, we know the area and the people, we can help you arrange all of it, right down to your dinner reservations at the best restaurants in the area!

The TV also has a very nice reclining sofa which several young people have slept in and have been very comfortable.

  • Cooking Utensils Provided: red kitchen aid pots and pans, knives. Beautiful red and black dishes and all the platters, baking dishes you would possibly need. We also provide olive oil, cooking oil, balsamic vinegar (and a few other kinds), flour, sugar, brown sugar, a large varity of herbs and spices. You will most likely find some misc. condiments too in the cubboards or the refrigerator.
