Sierra Palms is a new vacation rental in the mountains of the El Yunque rain forest, overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the island of Vieques. Sierra Palms is an extension of Casa Cubuy Ecolodge which is just up the road. The views from two of the bedrooms, the kitchen and the covered terrace are across to the mountains and the waterfalls.
This 3 bedroom, 3 bath house is an ideal place for a family or friends that want peace and tranquility in one of nature's most extravagantly beautiful settings. You are into the forest at once by a path down to the Rio Blanco River and its pools and falls. The wild and lush rainforest flora surpasses anything human artifice could create.
Once behind the walled garden of the property you will feel as remote as if you were in Bali. But really you are only a half hour away from beaches, sailing, snorkeling and other attractions.
