BRECK'S SWEET RETREAT-- a place for families, small groups or for a romantic weekend...Wonderful Condo right in the mountains of Breckenridge! We have everything you need for a great family or romantic getaway in the mountains! Ski-In/Ski-Out Location! The lift is 100 steps from our door and you can ski home at the end of a fabulous day! In the summer we are a short hike from a hidden fishing lake, or if you would prefer, biking, hiking or the alpine slide are right outside!
Beautiful Condo, decorated in Mountain log style with beautiful wood and tile work! Granite countertops in our fully stocked kitchen. Brand new forced-air gas fireplace that keeps the place cozy with the flip of a switch. Private deck, your own garage parking space, and private ski closet. A private Pool and Spa facility with 3 Hot Tubs for your use! We have sleds, kid's toys, videos, books, games and video games provided for your use. TV's and DVD players in both bedrooms and a fabulous loft-- the favorite spot for your kids! The kitchen is fully stocked if you are a cook, or if not, we are a block and a half from town for fabulous dining! Great summer amenities as well with hiking to a beautiful lake right outside the door. Great hiking and biking trails.
We are centrally located, close to the lift and 1 and 1/2 blocks from town, with great shopping and nightlife. You won't have to drive unless you want to, you can leave the car in the garage and walk to town! We are on the free shuttle route as well. We have 3 Hot tubs and a fabulous new swimming pool for our guests to enjoy- our own washer and dryer-- everything you need to make your vacation unforgettable!

The condo is cozy for four. Not a lot of extra room, but not overcrowded. The location was great, right near the snow flake lift for an easy start up the mountain in the morning. The FourO'Clock run took us right home. The internet did not function well for the whole week. Couldn't even sign on. Bedding was adequate, better than most rentals I've been in. Kitchen stocked appropriately. Plenty of extra paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags. Unit was clean. Didn't use the laundry. I'd do it again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

This was a totally fabulous condo for our purposes. So close to the mountain for skiing and EVEN closer to the town for social activities. Took full advantage of the hot tub and pool (all season). The condo was perfectly furnished for us. Absolutely recommend this. Owner was INCREDIBLE at assisting us with any concerns before and during our stay. Will stay here again if back in the Breckenridge area again FOR SURE. Cannot say enough great things about this condo.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with young children.

This location is unbelievable-close to the lift and the charming downtown. We parked the car and didn't use it the whole time! Everything we needed was there from sleds to spices. Community hot tub under the starts was great for adults in the evening. My family is ready to come back again, and this place was affordable, quiet, and clean.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Great Value,Good location, can walk to all the shops, restaurants, short uphill walk to the Four O'clock lift, and when the snow is good can ski to the door! Very well equipped, (TV in every room) heated garage, a bit tight with four "adult children" the loft is not "walkable", the queen bedroom is also upstairs and the twins are on the main floor. Hi We have stayed here a couple of times and were always very pleased. The Condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was very conveniently located for access to the ski lift. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The fireplace is really cool and the condo is nice and warm. Highly recommended. It is within walking distance to places to eat as well as places to do a little partying. It is nicely decorated and updated with all the nice touches. Washer and Dryer is a great addition and really helps. Priced right with all the amenities as listed in the advertisement. We will certainly be coming back for more ski adventures. Hopefully we will also get back up for some summer time fun as it looks fantastic for that as well! Oh ya, the Hot Tub was awesome!!! Can't wait to go skiing again this year, Think SNOW.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Stayed here during the summer. Great location, easy walking distance to downtown but far enough away to be quiet. Inside there are plenty of amenities and cozy space, a good place to land after a long day outside enjoying the mountains and rivers.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
