It has a large living room, large dining area, kitchen with all new GE appliances--stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave-- master bathroom with shower, smaller bathroom with tub, plenty of closet space, washer and dryer, a screened in lanai just off the 17th fairway, under-roof parking, two swimming pools within easy walking distance plus an Olympic sized pool and hot tub at the clubhouse. There's also a health club, lighted tennis courts and a par 71 competitive golf course that's always in excellent condition.
Pro shop with pro on site, lessons available, helpful golf staff and three tee boxes on every hole. You'll enjoy first class dining and bar facilities in clubhouse, two-for-one happy hour every day and an excellent brunch on Sundays.
