The apartment is extremely well equipped with lots of living space, 220 sq metres. This includes a huge terrace which overlooks the marina, pool, gardens, complete with resident Iguanas and the offshore Islands.
It is an ideal and secure base from which to tour this part of South America.The ferry for Isla Margarita is a mile down the road.There are two agencies within the complex who will arrange your trips to Angel falls ,the Gran Sabana, and the Orinoco.
The apartment itself has two master bedrooms, one double and 1 twin, all en suite.
The designer kitchen with handmade cedar wood units is very well equipped as the english yachtie owner is an enthusiastic amateur chef! There is a large lounge, dining area.The terrace is super, with great views and cane furniture.
Within the complex there are travel agencies a shop, restaurant, a fabulous pool which you will often have virtually to yourselves as this is not a holiday complex, but a Caribbean marina.
It is a peaceful and very beautiful spot and for those who like the sea, yachts,and a base from which to tour it is ideal.
The nearest beach is 2 to 3 miles away and there are water taxis
from Puerto la Cruz to the beaches on the nearby islands.
Every Monday night in the marina the cruisers have a barbeque and potluck so you are very welcome to take along steak, a bottle of wine or rum!, a salad and join in.
