Why should you consider our property?
Price = We keep the same rate all year round. No confusion. Our aim is to have a database of regular visitors to our property who continue to book with us year after year. We do not understand the concept of seasonal price changes. You already pay enough for flights right? This property is a "no brainer" read on and see.
Comfort = We are not underestimating the word "large" when we use it. There is no chance of getting under each others feet in this place. EXAMPLE: living room through to bedrooms, and we have tried this, you can reach maximum open legged sprint speed!!!!
We have laid everything on for you to have the perfect family holiday at our condo. As regular family visitors to Florida for many years now we like to think we have left no stone unturned to maximise your comfort. All fixtures and fittings are of high quality and there is absolutely no signs of wear and tear or tiredness anywhere. SLEEPS 10 COMFORTABLY.

Facilities = Island Club has a choice of two pools and two hot tubs. The first pool and hot tub is 15 YARDS from the patio of the property.There are two fitness/gym rooms and two club houses. The main club house has tennis courts, volleyball and a family bbq area. There is also a games arcade and kiddies playground. For those who like a drink there is a lakeside tiki bar 100 yards away which we are able to confirm is staggering distance!!!!
Location = 4 miles to Disney or a genuine 7 minute drive. A new bypass road has just been opened which improves travelling time further. Universal Studios and the Islands of Adventure are 15 to 20 minutes away. Shops including a Walmart Supercentre are just minutes away along with quality restaurants and Kissimmee "Old Town".
Orlando International Airport is a 20 minute drive while Sanford is half and hour or so.
