Read all reviews for this condo and believe every word. It is a beautiful condo! We went with another couple and the condo was laid out perfectly for two couples to share. One bedroom and bath upstairs (with their own balcony) and the other bedroom and bath downstairs (also with a balcony). Each couple had their own space and privacy. Condo was very clean with everything we could possibly want (or had forgotten) available. Location couldn't have been better. Everything within walking distance. Views from balcony were spectacular. I have visited Key West several times and love it. This will be my location destination in the future - if I'm lucky enough to get it again!

As our 7 minute, $16 cab ride from the airport ended in front of the property, we were greeted with the view as shown in the listing photo. As we entered the unit itself, any concerns about having splurged on this, our 20th consecutive trip down for the Fest were quickly gone. You can feel the history yet enjoy the latest in appliances and amenities. The breathtaking sunsets are from a better vantage point than Mallory Square on your private, quiet balcony. Though if you're a fan of the street performers, they're a very short walk down Emma st. It's remarkable to leave the action of Duval st, walk about two blocks and as you arrive at the property, listen carefully and hear nothing. If you're looking for a convenient, serene and comfortable place to enjoy your time in Key West, this is it.

We've been to Key West many times and are familiar with the Truman Annex area, but never stayed there. This property is outstanding in every way. Furnishings are first class and complete. Location great for walking, or biking, anywhere. Easy access to the beach. Two lovely balconies for viewing the sunset or other waterfront activity, including cruise ship arrivals/departures. Concealed enough to be private after dark (gated), yet close to all the activities and restaurants. When we return to Key West, this will be first on our list of places to stay.

This condo is by far the nicest place we have stayed in Key West. The location, beautiful views and comfort were better than we expected. It is very convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc. but is also very quiet and private. It truly is a wonderful oasis that we enjoyed very much. The owners were pleasant to work with and we would definitely consider staying here again.

If a wonderful view of the water is important, this is the place to stay. We found this condo a perfect place to relax and still feel involved due to the activity on the water. We remembered our binoculars and were glad we did. Watching the sailboats, motorboats and cruise ships coming and going was quite exciting. We enjoyed both early mornings as well as sunsets on one of the two balconies. The condo is roomy and very, very clean. Meticulous attention has been given to both inside and the outside. A quiet area to enjoy while taking the short walk to the "action" on Duval St. No rental car is needed as everything is an easy walk. We would highly recommend this condo, as it is everything as described and more.
