Located in historic Haleiwa town with its trendy shops, restaurants and art galleries, the ocean is right at your doorstep and everything you need for vacation fun is right in the neighborhood. Enjoy our spacious four bedroom home where you can walk directly across the street to rent jet skis or go for a sunset sail on the North Shore catamaran or enjoy surfing at Alii Surfing Beach and see the big waves and surfing competitions in winter or go swimming or beachwalking at Haleiwa Beach park. Or you may want to just sit on your lanai, enjoy the tradewinds and watch the activity at the Harbor and Surfing Beach. Numerous restaurants from fine dining to burgers and shave ice are within walking distance. Within a short drive you will discover other North Shore attractions including the botanical garden at Waimea Falls, giant sea turtles resting on the beach, famous snorkeling and kiteboarding spots and Dillingham Air Field where you can take a glider ride or go skydiving. Our house has just been renovated and redecorated in Hawaiian style and has a complete and well-equipped kitchen and large dining table as well as a gas barbecue grill and sink on the lanai for cooking out overlooking the harbor. Beach towels and boogie boards are available for your use. And when you return from your beach outing, there’s an outdoor shower, changing area and laundry room attached to the house. You will also have free access to high-speed wireless internet during your vacation and the telephone system provides free long distance calling throughout the US and Canada. Cable television, DVD, VCR and stereo are all provided for your enjoyment during your stay. Though the tradewinds typically keep the house comfortably cool, there are ceiling fans in every room and two of the bedrooms also have air conditioning units. With two king beds, one queen and two twins, the house is perfect for large families or groups of up to eight people. But please - no loud parties.
