  We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very nicely decorated with an excellent view of the ocean! Tony was great to work with. It was nice to have access to the owner's closet so that we did not have to bring our own beach chairs. The bed was comfortable as was the pull out couch. We will definitely be back!

  Got this Condo at the last minute for Ironman Florida. Place was ideally situated - close to the Venue and clean. Perfect location and price. Very Clean - love the wood floor. Noticed the Wind was not very strong given the position in the East Tower. Loved the View. Can get Internet mainly in the Living Room wireless. Would love to stay there again my next visit. GREAT PLACE TO STAY.

  Our stay at this condo was perfect! It is the perfect size for my family (2 adults and 2 kids) and in a perfect location. The view from the balcony is BEAUTIFUL!!! We have stayed here twice before and it seems to get better every time. The new floors and upgrades are great. It is in the perfect location (going to pineapple willy's from the beach is VERY convenient). We also grilled by the pool one night and it was nice to have the facility to do that. We had everything that we needed while we were there and that means alot. Tony and Jan were very helpful before and during our stay. They are WONDERFUL!!!! I will definitely be returning!

  This was my second time staying at this condo and everything was great. The rooms were very nice, clean, and updated. All the gates to the property were secured with a pass code (even coming in from the beach). The office workers were very friendly when obtaining the parking pass and wrist bands. The condo is located within walking distance to Pineapple Willy's and other restaurants. We can not wait to have another girls trip to the beach and stay in this condo. Thanks Tony and Jan for communicating with us before and during our stay and making sure everything went smoothly.

  This condo. was perfect for our family vacation!! It was updated and very clean!! The view from the 10th Floor Balcony is incredible!!! This condo. is convenient to shopping and lots of great restaurants!! We loved how safe we felt during our stay(security gate and all guests must have the access code to enter property)! We will be back very soon!! Tony is extremely friendly and helpful!! We loved having access to the owner's closet where we were able to access beach chairs and a cooler!! Thanks for a GREAT vacation experience!! :)

  We've stayed at the Sunbird Condos several times and this condo by far was the nicest one. It was the perfect size for my husband, our 2yo and myself. Loved the fact that it has full cable in the living room and the bedroom. Came in very handy with our 2yo since the weather wasn't the nicest. Katie Moyle Appleton, WI

  Stayed here for Ironman Florida. Very convenient location. Condo was just a 5 minute walk from the expo and all activities. Condo looked exactly as pictured and had everything that i needed.

  I had a great time the view was amazing. The location is great because its easy to get out and into traffic and some things you can just walk to. The room is kept clean and organized and the balcony is a great place to sit and relax in the afternoons. This was my second time staying here and i'll be back many more times. Also its very quiet at night that is a big plus you don't have to worry about a party zone when your trying to sleep. Thanks Jan and Tony!!!!

  This was the perfect location for a vacation. The room is very well kept and clean. Great location close to many attractions.
