Why the Owner Chose Sunbird
The location of Sunbird is one of the reasons for our decision to purchase there. Sunbird is close to some really good restaurants,(ie) Pineapple Willies, Pompanos, Angelos Steak Pit (my favorite). Wal-Mart is two blocks away. We have a gated entrance for enhanced security. There are four golf courses within a cou[ple of miles also. The Nicklaus course and Club Meadows located at Bay Point. The Hombre and Signal Hill. Four quality courses. Signal Hill is wide open and more fun for occaisional golfers. For lower HDCP players consider one of the other three listed. All four are extremely well maintained.

Stayed here for Ironman Florida. Very convenient location. Condo was just a 5 minute walk from the expo and all activities. Condo looked exactly as pictured and had everything that i needed.

I had a great time the view was amazing. The location is great because its easy to get out and into traffic and some things you can just walk to. The room is kept clean and organized and the balcony is a great place to sit and relax in the afternoons. This was my second time staying here and i'll be back many more times. Also its very quiet at night that is a big plus you don't have to worry about a party zone when your trying to sleep. Thanks Jan and Tony!!!!

Great place for a relaxing vacation. Everything you need is there..beach chairs, beach cart, cooler, mats, umbrella..etc..just pack you clothes and relax. Close to all major attractions and dining. View is awesome..sit out on the balcony with a good book and a glass of wine and chill..fantasic. Can't wait to go back. Owners are great and very helpful.

This was one of the best condos we have stayed in, it was clean, well maintained , and had everything we needed to make this a fabulous week. Sunbird is a gated community so we felt very secure. The view in this condo was unbelievable the sunset from the 10th floor WOW!!!!! The owners are the best, they stayed in contact with me up to the minute we arrived and told me great places to eat, and gave me great insturctions so when we arrived we had no trouble at all !!! All I can say is that we will be back!!!!!! Thanks agian Tony and Jan you two are the best and thanks for sharing your place with us!!!!

We had the pleasure of staying in this condo and I don't think we could have found one with a more spectacular view! There is no way to be stressed while sitting on the balcony! It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. It is in a great location and close to everything! We will definitely be going back and will stay again! This was our first time using vrbo and I was more than pleased. This condo was everything it said it was plus much, much more!

Stayed here twice so far and plan to again! It is a wonderful place to stay, like home away from home! I really like the balcony facing the Gulf, doesn't get any better, and Also the big LCD TV!!! The owners are the best, really nice and helpful folks, sugested some wonderful places to see while we were there!!!

I rented this condo the last week in August. The condo is tastefully decorated and was very clean. The view is beautiful. The owners were very nice and made sure I had everything we needed to have a great vacation. I will definetly rent this condo again.
