Situated on Casco Bay this comfortable 3 bedroom Cape has water views from every room. Enjoy dining in the spacious sunroom, while watching the sun come or watch the lobstermen hauling their traps. There is a large waterfront yard for outdoor games or just watching the waterfowl.

In addition to the sunroom, the first floor has an oversized kitchen, living room, master bedroom with additional TV and queen size bed, and walk-in closet. Although dining in the sunroom is usually preferred, a dining area is still available for your use. There is a first floor full bathroom available for your
convenience

Two bedrooms with double beds, water views and a half bath finish out the second floor.

  • Cannot say enough good things about our week stay last summer in this clean and comfortable ocean front home. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway; this is the place. We have made our reservation for another week this season.

  • This house is a great spot-it's roomy-with all the amenities(full kitchen, comfy beds, new baths, sunporch)-but the view and location make it perfect.Salt-water out the door with lobster boats, sailboats,and kayaks passing by as you relax on the expansive back yard. A perfect area for walking and biking-restaurants close by-but quiet and relaxing-a wonderful Maine site!!!
