Panoramic views of Old Mission Peninsula and Stony Point provide the perfect finish to these dramatic surroundings. The shoreline is rare with deep water 50 feet out.
The huge front yard is a distinctive feature of the property that provides plenty of room for kids to play a variety of field games, while you can rest on the newly installed sand area that provides plenty of room to relax and enjoy the expansive frontage.
Also, enjoy our outdoor amenities, including two day-touring kayaks; one 14' rowboat; and a professionally installed mooring anchor for your private use that is suitable for a boat up to 28 feet. A 20'x100' sand area, fire pit, and horseshoe pit, round off the front yard features.
The cabin is very quaint, with original oak floors, knotty pine walls throughout, and a wonderful sunroom that offers beautiful views of the Bay. A floor-to-ceiling wood fireplace is a great way to top off the evening and enjoy the cottage's cozy atmosphere. Also be witness to a rich variety of wildlife, including a family of swans, loons, ducks, and even the occasional bald eagle.
