YOU FOUND IT! Now you will hate to leave!This is a very spacious and unique property, and is THE central location for McCall. It is centerally located between Tamarack and Brundage ski areas, Payette Lake and golf, and just a quick walk to Mile High Marina, shops and restaurants. It's location allows for larger groups to be flexible, as to the various activities that are offered just 2 blocks walk from the home.
The home is 3,500 square feet, so it is very spacious with a comfortable feel.It is also, a newly constructed home with all the new furnishings, and top of the line appliances. It is so spacious, large groups will have plenty of room to move around and have privacy at the same time.
In addition, to 4 bedrooms in the main home with 1 king and 3 queen beds, there is a large loft with one set of bunk beds, with one twin on top and a full on bottom. There is also a separate lock-out apartment, complete with king sized bed and full kitchen. The apartment is also very nicely done with stainless steel appliances and top of the line flooring. The apartment is included in the rental of the home.
The kitchen area is ideal for entertaining with its' expansive granite counter tops, premier appliances, and large seating area around the kitchen bar. There are 5 bar stools with plenty of elbow room, and seating for 10 at the large dining table, as well.
One of the highlights of the home is the comfortable living area with the 55 inch television, and gas fireplace. It is a great gathering place at the beginning and end of the day! We have also added a new hot tub in January 2008!
The bedrooms are all spacious with top of the line pillow top mattresses, and luxury bedding.Everyone in the home should sleep comfortably!

We stayed in July 2008 with our family and had the best time. It is very spacious, very beautiful cabin. Everything was new and had a lot of upgrades. It completely met the needs of our family and gave us enough room to spend time together while also allowing us to have our own area to go if need be. WE LOVED IT! We loved it so much we are staying there again this summer and can't wait. The only issue we had was that the air conditioner didn't seem to work very well and it was a little bit hotter than we would have liked. But, for the most part, everything was fantastic, amazing, and better than we expected. Short walk to lake. Loved it!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We were guests for a week in August along with other family members from both the east and west coasts. The home met the needs of all the family giving us space and privacy for special visits with each other. Everyone was very comfortable in the rooms and the house. The kitchen was great with the chiefs, and the openess of the "Great Room" and being able to be a part of the visiting going on. The home was fabulous and was a wonderful added feature to making it a memorable family reunion for all. I would definately recommend the home and the area. It was definately a pleasurable week. And we may be back this winter to see the area from atop the snow covered mountains. Now we know where our "Home away from Home" is.

This house is beautiful!!! We rented it in mid July 2007. Georgious interiors, very spacious, very nice amenities. I would definitely rent this house again. However, it was a little hot inside we may not have used the AC correctly. It is close to town and the campground. Very nice.
