High end furnishings, tons of space, great location

We brought 5 families down for Spring Break 2013 and rented both houses. It was the perfect set up for our families to be able to get together and have their own space. The houses are much nicer than the pictures and are in extremely great shape. Both houses are high end and have everything you would need for your stay. Having the heated pool in the house next door was a lifesaver and the hot tub was a great bonus. The golf carts were great to use in the complex. Walking to the beach is very easy even with 5 year olds. We will definitely look at renting both houses the next time we come.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

We had a wonderful time this week!!! Weather was fabulous and the houses were both perfect for us! Thank you again for helping us get the 2 houses. Everyone was so impressed and said it was the best vacation we've had together! The tip on checking out the movie theater was a life saver on Thursday during the rain, otherwise, we would not have been able to get the kids out of the pool :) Darlyne

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our family in Destin and stayed at the beautiful Tranquility House. It was the perfect place for a family celebration. The house is beautifully decorated and big enough that everyone had their own private getaway when needing to relax. Close proximity to lots of restaurants, shopping and walking distance to the beach. The pool and club house with the GMAX theater were great. Will definately stay here when we plan our next beach vacation!!

Hi Mitch, Just wanted to say thank you and how much we enjoyed staying at your place. Love the Kitchen. The beds are so comfy!!! Not to mention the house setting is just perfect for family reunion and 3 refrigerators are just wonderful so we didn't have to go to Walmart too many times. The gym, tennis court, pool, spa, BBQ stations, etc. and the playground are all in one place. It's just perfect! Best place to stay if you'd ask me. Thanks again.

Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a home. We certainly did enjoy our stay at The Tranquility House. The name describes the home completely. We had plenty of room for everyone and the elevator was a life saver. My husband had hurt his knee and could not climb the stairs and a friend of ours came that has had a stroke and could not climb the stairs also. After my family saw the home I believe a work is in progress for our family vacation next year at The Tranquility House. The wedding was wonderful with such a lovely bride and handsome groom. Our two families blended so well with the rental on the two properties side by side. It made everything easy on everyone. Thank you again for your generosity. The Usky family God Bless You

We just returned from our stay at this beautiful home! It was perfect for our vacation. Everyone had their own space and we had plenty of room for family dinners both inside and out. The community pools were great and the sandy white beach was just perfect! We can't wait to come back again!

Just returned from our week's vacation at Tranquility House...which passed all too quickly! This house with its' three master suites on three levels was perfect for a 2 year old, three 3 year olds, their parents, and us (the grandparents). We never felt cramped for space or in each other's way. The golf cart was a big hit, the furnishings and decor were beautiful, the rooms extremely spacious, the elevator much appreciated, the balconies enjoyed by all (especially for fireworks viewing), the multiple tv's and kitchen facilities were so nice to have. The fabulous kitchen with its' pass through window to the grill was loved by our resident grillmaster and his kitchen crew. Our best meals were in the house! And seating for 10 at the table was great! This house definitely meets and even exceeds the description and pictures on the website. We had a fabulous vacation at Tranquility House and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone!!

Where can I begin, we just returned from the most relaxing vacation in the most beautiful home anyone could have ever imagined. From the 12 foot ceilings to the fabulous waterfall shower head in one of the three master suites, to the most stunning well equiped kitchen you could ever cook in. The pictures are beautiful on the web-site but it is just breathtaking when you enter. The most beautiful balconies to view the ocean while you sip your coffee to the colorful sunsets. This was our daughters senior year and we wanted to make it special and it was we shared the home with another family there were 10 of us but you never felt crowded tnere are so many quiet places to retreat to. We hope to return to this home every year. The amenities at club destiny are also very well maintained and the highlight of our childrens afternoon. Thanks again for sharing your home. I'm not sure I could, it is truly a litle bit of paradise.

My husband and I, my parents, my children, and my two grandchildren all shared this house during the holidays and never felt crowded for a moment. It is so beautiful and so well-designed--such bright and spacious areas for gathering on the second floor, and yet with master bedroom suites on three separate floors that allowed everyone to have private space and quiet times throughout the week. We ate almost all meals at the house (including a turkey dinner) and the cooking was very pleasant and easy to do in the luxurious well-stocked kitchen. We also enjoyed the gas grill and the table for six on the main floor balcony. The two little girls loved playing on the balconies and riding in the golf cart the short distance to the beach and to the Club Destiny playground. My son-in-law enjoyed his easy access to a big screen TV in the media room next to their master suite. All of the bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious and well-appointed. There are jetted tubs and a rain forest shower head, just to name a few of the comfort features. I live just five minutes from Destin, so I was able to tour many vacation homes as I sought an ideal place for our special holiday gathering. I could not have been more pleased with my choice! We had a wonderful, memorable "after Christmas" Christmas!

Fantastic home! We would move in tomorrow if we could. The home was beautifully decorated and spotless. I felt like I had the gourmet kitchen I always wanted. It was great for relaxing with a book on one of the many balconies or sitting areas located throughout the home, or if you are a TV fan they provided only the best with flat screens in every gathering area. I loved the separate kitchens off the bedrooms, making coffee in the morning or drink at night was truly a pampering experience. The view of the beach from our bedroom on the 3rd floor was wonderful. The beach it self was another relaxing experience as we rented cabanas for the week and walked along the sand to the local restaurant for lunch or afternoon happy hour. Having the golf cart was a great conveniece and gave us the option of riding that one block to the beach or taking the lazy mans way, but on vacation we love to be lazy. We enjoyed the privacy the community had to offer and felt protected being in a gated community. The location was perfect for night life, restaurants and shopping as the new outdoor mall was within miles. We will definitely be back again.

Our stay at 52 Tranquility Lane was one of the most enjoyable beach vacations we have experienced. The house was wonderful and very spacious. I was impressed with the beautiful furnishings and decorative touches, especially the selections of books and movies available for our use. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities for cooking and serving, and the dining area was open, airy, and had a great view of the ocean. We felt very comfortable and relaxed in this house and enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and access to two Destiny swimming pools within walking distance. The owners have thought of everything to make a stay a true retreat. We think it would be a great place to vacation throughout the year and we plan to rent this particular house again soon.

We loved staying in your gorgeous home instead of a condo. The sunsets off the 3rd floor balcony are fabulous. We noticed your exquisite sense of detail in the architecture - beautifully designed, great use of space! We appreciated the fabulous interior design as well.
